MANAGER REDUCTION.

ROB, USUALLY MAYOR COUNCIL, UH, JUST A BRIEF UPDATE THIS EVENING.

UM, CONSIDERING ALL THE UPDATES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING, AS WE WERE AWARE, WE HAD SOME WATER MAIN BREAKS OVER THE WEEKEND AGAIN, AFTER WE HAD JUST PREFACE THAT WITH, UH, PERHAPS AND JINXING OURSELVES TALKING ABOUT WANTING TO DO A STUDY, UH, BUT ALL REPAIRS HAVE BEEN DONE AND, UH, EVERYTHING SO FAR KNOCK WOOD IS, UH, IS, UH, IS STILL CONTINUES TO BE UP AND RUNNING.

AND, UM, AND WE'RE, WE'RE BACK TO NORMAL.

UH, THE ONLY OTHER THING THAT I WANTED UPDATE BRIEFLY WAS REGARDING THE BARN PROJECT, UH, BARN PROJECT.

WE WILL BE GETTING ELECTRIC TO THE BUILDING, UH, SOMETIME NEXT WEEK, ACCORDING TO THE SCHEDULE ON D P AND L THE FLOORS HAVE BEEN DEMOED AND FORMED FOR THE CONCRETE POUR.

SO HOPEFULLY BEFORE THE COLD WEATHER SETS IN AND PERHAPS THE END OF THE SEASON OF ALL THINGS GO WELL, ALL INSPECTIONS AND THIRD PARTIES INVOLVED, UH, ARE ABLE TO KEEP THE SCHEDULE.

UH, WE MAY BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN EVENT THERE AS WELL AND ADD THAT TO, UM, TO SOME OF THE SUMMER CLOSING SUMMER ENDING, UH, ACTIVITIES FOR THE YEAR.

SO, UH, THE LAST FINAL THING THAT I WOULD HAVE REGARDING SUMMER ACTIVITIES, UH, THE ROSE MUSIC CENTER, THE LAST TWO FINAL CONCERTS, EVERY SCHEDULED FOR 21.

UH, SO THAT MEANS THAT THERE ARE, UH, THERE ARE NO CONCERTS FOR 2020.

I KNOW THAT'S A BIG SURPRISE.

UM, NONETHELESS ALL SHOWS THAT WERE SCHEDULED AND SOME ADDITIONAL ONES HAVE MOVED TO A 20, 21 SCHEDULE AND SEASON THAT HAS BEEN ALL ANNOUNCED.

UH, ANY TICKET HOLDERS WILL BE, UM, HONORED GOING INTO NEXT YEAR'S CONCERT DATES AS WELL AS PREMIUM SEED HOLDERS, ET CETERA.

SO, UH, WE LOOK FORWARD TO A, AN AMAZING 20, 21 AND, UH, PUT THIS YEAR BEHIND US.

SO I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS FOR MR. SCHUMER.

OKAY.

NEXT UP IS ITEM NUMBER 10 PENDING BUSINESS.

MR. ROGERS, THERE IS NOT A SAVIOR, NO PENDING BUSINESS.

NEXT UP IS I'M

BACKGROUND CHECK HAS BEEN COMPLETED, AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO HAVING BLAKE JOIN US ON THE PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD, SONY, AND AT THE WORK SESSION.

THAT'S WHAT THE RECOMMENDATION WAS.

UH, YOUR MOTION MOVED TO A POINT MR. HILL.

NEXT UP IS ITEM MR. ROGERS ITEM 11 C AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER TWO ZERO ONE NINE DASH OH DASH TWO FOUR ZERO THREE, BY MAKING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR EXPENSES OF THE CITY VIEW OF RIGHTS, OHIO FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING JANUARY 1ST, 2020 ENDING DECEMBER 31ST, 2020 AT THE FIRST READING MR. SCHUMER.

YES.

THIS, UH, SUPPLEMENTAL ALLOWS US TO EXTEND THE CONTRACT OVER TEMPORARY EMPLOYEE CURRENTLY WORKING DOWN IN TAX WHILE WE FILL A VACANCY.

UM, WE DID HAVE AN EMPLOYEE THAT HELD ON, UH, THROUGHOUT THE EXTENDED TAX SEASON THAT WAS GOING TO RESIGN EARLIER IN THE YEAR IN APRIL, UH, BUT AGREED TO STAY ON AND HELP US OUT THROUGH JULY.

NOW WE'RE GOING TO FILL THAT OUT.

WHAT THIS WILL DO IS IT'S A NET, UM, UH, A NET CHANGE I SHOULD SAY, OR WASHED REGARDING BETWEEN FUNDS.

THIS IS BACKING FUNDS OUT THAT WERE ALLOCATED TO A GENERAL FUND AND, AND, UM, UH, THE OTHERS TO CREATE AND MOVE THOSE 26, $25,662 ESTIMATED FOR THE, UH, THE APPROPRIATION FOR THAT.

UH, IN ADDITION, THERE IS 64,000 INCREASE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT FUND, AND THAT IS FROM FORFEITED DOLLARS AS THOSE COME IN.

WE GENERALLY APPROPRIATE THOSE AND ALLOW THOSE TO BE USED WITHIN THE, UH, WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT'S BUDGET.

UM, AND, UH, THAT IS NOTED IN THERE AS WELL.

SO WE WOULD ASK THAT THE SECOND READING BE WAIVED SO THAT WE CAN KICK INTO THAT CONTRACT WITH THAT TAX AGENT.

AND AS LAW ENFORCEMENT DOLLARS CAN BEGIN TO BE USED FOR EXPENSES THROUGHOUT THE POLICE DIVISION.

AND, UM, AS THE ORDINANCE BE CONSIDERED TONIGHT FOR ADOPTION BIG SUR OR A WORK SESSION, IT WAS RECOMMENDED THAT WE WAIVE THE SECOND READING OF YOUR MOTION TO WAVE MOTION FROM MR. WEBB'S OR SECOND SECOND, MR. SHAW SECOND, MR. ROGERS, MRS. BURSCH.

WE APPRECIATE COUNSEL ALLOWING THIS TO BE ADDED TO THE AGENDA ON THE WORK SESSION, UH, AND ALL THAT INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION REGARDING WHAT IS VOTED ON TONIGHT WILL BE, UH, WAS INCLUDED IN THE PACKET FOR REVIEW, UH, FOR TONIGHT'S, UH, DELIBERATION AND, AND POTENTIAL VOTE.

AS MR. CHAD KOSKI HAD PRESENTED AT THE WORK SESSION.

THIS IS THE RESOLUTION THAT AUTHORIZES US TO EXECUTE THAT AGREEMENT.

WE DID BID FOR THIS PARTICULAR COMPANY, UH, AS YOU COULD SEE THROUGH THE, UH, THROUGH THE EXHIBIT LISTED THERE, UH, THE PROJECT SCOPE IS RELATIVELY WIDE AND ALLOWS US TO LOOK AT SOME, UH, CREATIVE, UH, FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR SOME OF THESE, UH, LONG GOING CAPITAL PROJECTS WITH RETURNS BASED ON ENERGY SAVINGS AS WHAT THE PROGRAM DESCRIBED.

SO WE ASK THAT YOU CONSIDER THE RESOLUTION FOR ADOPTION TONIGHT SO THAT WE CAN BEGIN MOVING FORWARD AND GET SOME OF THESE PROJECTS, UM, UH, HOPEFULLY BID AND UNDERWAY TO MAKE SURE THAT WAS THE WORK SESSION RECOMMENDATION.

IS THERE TWO ON PORTIONS OR ALL OF CERTAIN STREETS IN THE 2021 SIDEWALK PROGRAM PROVIDING THAT ABIDING ODORS REPAIR THE SAME AT THE FIRST READING, UH, MR. SCHIRMER COMMENTS, ITS RESOLUTION EFFICIENTLY BEGINS OUR 2021 SIDEWALK PROGRAM BY GIVING NOTICE, UH, TO ALL OF THE AFFECTED AREAS.

UH, IT PROVIDES NOTICE FOR THE HOMEOWNERS TO HAVE THE REPAIRS DONE EITHER THEMSELVES PRIOR TO THE END OF THE YEAR, OR THAT THE REPAIRS WILL BE DONE WITH A GIVEN ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THEM AS NOTIFICATION PRIOR TO AN ASSESSMENT, WHICH WOULD GO.

SO WE ASKED THE RESOLUTION HAS CONSIDERED SEASONING FOR ADOPTION, AND WE CAN CONTINUE ON WITH THAT PROCESS.
