THIS CASE CAME FOR PLANNING COMMISSION, UM, TWO WEEKS AGO AT THE LAST MEETING, AND THERE WAS A REQUEST BY PLANNING COMMISSION TO, UH, LOOK AT MODIFYING SOME OF THE SIGNS THAT IT WAS TABLED, THAT THE APPLICANT DID COME BACK WITH A COUPLE OF MODIFICATIONS THAT, UM, I BELIEVE, UH, ANSWER SOME OF THE QUESTIONS THAT WERE BROUGHT UP BY CLINIC COMMISSION. UM, AND I AM GOING TO . ARE YOU SEEING A SIGN ON THE SCREEN? OKAY. SO THEY CAME BACK FOR THE MONUMENT SIGN SIGN. THAT'S A TOTAL OF SIX FEET TALL AND A TOTAL THAT'S JUST UNDER 75 SQUARE FOOT IN THE AREA FOR A COMBINATION FOR THE SIDE. SO THIS MEETS OUR STANDARD SIGN CODE FOR BROWN SIGNS. SO THE APPLICANT, I DID TALK WITH HIM EARLIER TODAY. HE WAS NOT ABLE TO MAKE THE MEETING TONIGHT, BUT, UH, THIS IS PRETTY STRAIGHT FORWARD. AND I THINK I CAN ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE. YES, YOU DON'T HAVE A FAST THEY'RE LOOKING TO MOVE ON THIS MAN. UM, SO FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU KNOW, PRIOR TO PRO VIRUS TIMES, IF THEY HAD NOT SEEN A A HUNDRED SEATS AND NOW BECAUSE OF THE EASE OF DISTANCE AND SPACING, THEY CAN ONLY GET 50 SEATS INSIDE. THEN WE ALLOW 50 SEATS OUTSIDE. I MEAN, THERE'S, THEY'VE GOTTA MEET FIRE CODES. AND CERTAINLY THOSE KINDS OF RESTRAINTS, JUST OTHER SPACING. THAT'S SOMETHING THAT I DO GO THROUGH CITY COUNCIL AND THAT'S UP, THAT'S ON A TEMPORARY BASIS. SO NOW WHEN ALL OF THIS IS OVER AND EVERYTHING'S BACK TO NORMAL, IF THEY WANT ANY KIND OF OUTDOOR SPACE, THEY CAN COME BACK THROUGH WITH 800 CHANGE DUMPSTERS AND TRASH ENCLOSURE, SINCE THERE'S MULTIPLE OCCUPANTS AND YOU HAVE TO HAVE MULTIPLE AREAS [00:15:01] ACROSS THE BACK, THEY ARE PLANNING ON SHARING THAT, THAT SPACE. SO THE EXISTING SPACE, THEY'RE NOT ASKING YOU TO HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL, SORRY. SO THIS IS SHARON. I HAVE A QUESTION. SO IF YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE ADDITIONAL SPACE FOR TRASH RECEPTACLES, WHAT'S IT GOING TO LOOK LIKE WITH FIVE GUYS IN A RESTAURANT TRASH CAN GET PRETTY, UH, PRETTY HEFTY.
