RIGHT IN HERE WITH ITEM THREE, WHICH IS OUR CITY MANAGER REPORT.

MR. CHAIRMAN, NEW MAYOR COUNCIL, A FEW UPDATES FOR THIS EVENING.

UM, START OFF WITH, I KNOW MR. SHAWL SENT AN EMAIL, BUT, UH, UM, UH, FIGURE IT'S BEST JUST TO UPDATE EVERYBODY HERE REGARDING THE BELL FOUNTAIN ROAD BRIDGE.

UH, THAT PROJECT AGAIN IS ON SCHEDULE AS, UM, UH, AS IT WAS ORIGINALLY STATED TO BE COMPLETED, HOPEFULLY BY DECEMBER, THAT IS THE PROJECTED TIMELINE.

THAT'S WHAT WAS REPORTED FOR THE CURRENT STATUS OF IT IS IT'S BEEN BID OUT.

A CONTRACTOR HAS BEEN AWARDED.

UH, THEY ARE, UNFORTUNATELY HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL OCTOBER BEFORE THEY CAN START THE PROJECT SO THAT, SO THEY DON'T DISRUPT THE BROWN BAT.

UH, THEY HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL OCTOBER BEFORE THEY CAN REMOVE TREES, ET CETERA.

SO, UH, ONCE THEY START WORK THERE ON OCTOBER, I REMOVE THEM SOME OF THE TREES AND THE REPLACEMENT, UM, UH, CULVERT AND THE, UH, THE BRIDGE BOX.

THEN, UH, THEY SHOULD, SHOULD TAKE THEM ABOUT THREE MONTHS TO DO THAT.

THEY SHOULD BE DONE BY THE END OF DECEMBER.

UH, THE BODY CAMERA PROJECT, UH, BODY CAMERAS ARE IN, UH, THEY ARE BEING CHARGED AND SHOULD BE DEPLOYED A SHIFT BY SHIFT THROUGH THE REST OF THIS WEEK.

SO IT LOOKS LIKE WE MADE OUR 30 DAY COMMITMENT AS WE TALKED ABOUT EARLIER.

UM, UH, ALSO SPEAKING ABOUT BELL FOUNTAIN, AS YOU RECALL, WE HAD ORIGINALLY TALKED ABOUT A CULVERT REPLACEMENT FURTHER SOUTH ON BELL FOUNTAIN, CLOSE TO THE OAKS SUBDIVISION.

UH, THAT PROJECT SHOULD BE READY TO GO TO BED TOWARDS THE, UH, TOWARDS THE END OF THE YEAR HERE.

UM, I WANTED TO SPEAK A LITTLE BIT ABOUT OUR EFFORTS IN THE CENSUS AS WELL.

UM, FIRST OF ALL, OUR, UH, OUR OWN, UH, SARAH WILLIAMS WAS ASKED TO SPEAK ON BEHALF HALF OF THE, UH, SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM AND, UH, COALITION REGARDING THE OUTREACH AND COMMENTARY, UM, THAT WAS REACHED BASED ON SOME OF THE POSTINGS THAT HAVE BEEN PUT OUT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY BY HER.

AND, UH, AS A RESULT OF THAT, THEY FEEL THAT THAT'S BEEN A, A MODEL TO USE AND TO SHOW SOME SUCCESS.

AND AS A RESULT OF THAT, PROBABLY, UH, NEAR 74% RETURN, UH, WHICH IS VERY CLOSE TO WHERE WE WERE AT THE COMPLETION OF THE SENTENCE CENSUS, I KEEP SAYING SENTENCE CENSUS LAST, UH, LAST TIME AROUND THE STATE AVERAGE IS ABOUT 66%.

SO AS WE CONTINUE TO DO ADDITIONAL SOCIAL MEDIA PUSHES, UH, WE ASK THAT, UH, UH, IF ANYBODY TAKES AND SHARES, WHAT IS FROM OUR MAIN PAGE, SO THAT THERE IS CONSISTENT MESSAGING, AND WE CAN CHANGE YOU TO GATHER THE AMOUNT OF OUTREACH AND ENGAGEMENT ON THAT, UH, AND, AND RATE THE DISCOURSE REGARDING THE COMMENTARY TO SEE WHAT ADDITIONAL GROUPS OR SUBGROUPS OR DEMOGRAPHICS WE NEED TO REACH OUT TO.

AS YOU'VE NOTICED THAT SOME OF THE EVENTS WE'VE ORDERED UP SOME YARD SIGNS, ET CETERA, MAKING SURE THAT, UH, UM, UH, THE WE COUNT, UH, DRIVE IS, IS OUT AN ACTIVE.

SO AGAIN, AS WE GET INTO THE FINAL MONTHS, WE, WE ASKED EVERYBODY TO REALLY GET INVOLVED, UM, MAKE YOUR, MAKE YOUR VOTE COUNT, MAKE YOUR, UM, POPULAR SOUND HUMP BY CONTRIBUTING TO AND CONDUCTED THE CENSUS.

VERY SIMPLE, VERY EASY TO DO.

AND, UH, WE CERTAINLY ASK, UH, ALL OFFICIALS TO SPREAD THE WORD AND SHARE ANY OF THE OUTREACH POSTINGS THAT WE HAVE GOING ON.

UH, WE RECENTLY HAD A COUPLE OF GREAT EVENTS.

UH, WE HAD OUR FIRST FARMER'S MARKET, UH, HAD GREAT EVENT, THE FOOD VENDORS AND THE PRODUCE, UH, WAS, UH, THEY HAD RUN OUT, UM, BASED ON THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE THAT CAME AND VISITED.

SO

I THINK OBVIOUSLY WE HAD A NEED WITH A, WITH A LACK OF ONE THAT STARTED UP THIS YEAR.

I'M REALLY GLAD THAT, UH, THAT, UM, UM, SOME VOLUNTEERS AND SOME STAFF WERE ABLE TO COME TOGETHER AND GET THAT, GET THAT OFF AND ROLLING.

SO WE LOOKED FOR THAT TO CONTINUE TO GROW AND CONTINUE TO PARTNER WITH OTHER PEOPLE THAT SHOW INTEREST IN AND PROVIDING THAT GREAT SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY.

WE ALSO HAD THE, UM, UH, RIBBON CUTTING OF THE NEW TENNIS COURTS FACILITY, THE RESURFACING, I SHOULD SAY, OF THE TENNIS COURTS.

UH, AND WE'RE PROUD TO SAY THAT WE HAVE 56, UM, ATTENDEES JOINED FOR OUR UPCOMING TENNIS CAMP.

ALL OF THE EQUIPMENT IS IN WITH THAT.

JOSH KING HAS DONE A GREAT JOB OF GETTING THAT FACILITATED AND PUT TOGETHER, UH, PROVIDING EQUIPMENT, RACKETS NETS, ET CETERA, FOR THAT CAMP, AND HOPEFULLY REACH THAT OUTDOOR SPORT AND ACTIVITY FOR, UH, FOR SOME ADDITIONAL YOUTH IN THE COMMUNITY.

UH, WE ALSO HAD ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL CONCERT EVENING AT THE EICHELBERGER.

UH, IT STARTED OFF FOR PRETTY HOT, UH, TIME AT SIX O'CLOCK, A FEW PEOPLE THERE.

I SAW THE WEB THERE.

I SAW, UH, UH, THE THURSDAY AND, UM, WE STUCK THE HEAT OUT AT THE BEGINNING, AND THEN IT STARTED TO COOL OFF A LITTLE BIT.

AND I WOULD SAY PROBABLY BY THE END, THERE'S PROBABLY ABOUT A HUNDRED PEOPLE THERE, UH, WHICH THERE'S PLENTY OF SPACE THERE.

UM, EVERYBODY WAS, UM, UH, WAS ENJOYING THE EVENING AND IT WAS A GREAT TIME TO BE OUTSIDE, TO LISTENING TO SOME LIVE MUSIC.

SO WE HAVE MORE EVENTS COMING UP AND WE ENCOURAGED THE COMMUNITY TO, UH, TAKE A LOOK AT THE CALENDAR AND SEE WHAT'S UPCOMING.

UH, ALSO THE, UH, STREET PROGRAM IS STILL UNDERWAY.

UM, IF YOU HEAR OF ANY RESIDENTS TALKING ABOUT, HEY, I THOUGHT MY STREET WAS BEING REPAVED, THEY JUST CAME, THEY CUT OUT A PATCH, THEY PUT A PATCH IN, AND THAT PATCH IS SITTING LOWER THAN THE ORIGINAL SURFACE OF THE STREET.

THAT'S PART OF THE PROCESS WE HAVE TO, WE HAVE TO REPAIR AREAS, IT HAS TO SETTLE AND PATCH.

THEN THEY COME BACK, THEY GRIND THE ENTIRE THING BACK DOWN AND THEN RESURFACE IT.

SO IN SOME OF THE AREAS WHERE YOU SEE SOME PATCHWORK OF THE AREAS AND THE ROADS THAT ARE IDENTIFIED TO BE RESURFACED, THAT'S NOT THE ENTIRETY OF THE PROJECT.

THAT'S JUST STEP ONE.

SO IF YOU HEAR OR SEE SOME OF THAT, UH, JUST BE MINDFUL.

UM, AND WE TRY TO COMMUNICATE THAT AS WELL.

AND THE LAST QUICK, QUICK UPDATE THAT I HAVE IS REGARDING A BELL PLAYING PARK.

UH, THE PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT AS WE, UH, AS WE INDICATED, WAS, WAS PURCHASED LAST YEAR AND IN BEGINNING TO GO UP, UH, WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO START LAYING THE, UM, THE RUBBER MOLD AS A GROUND BASE, AND EVERYTHING HAS BEEN SET, UH, LATER ON, WE'LL BE CONTRACTING FOR AN ASTROTURF ACCESS RAMP, UH, MORE OF A HARDER SURFACE FOR THE ACCESSIBLE COMPONENTS OF THE PLAYGROUND STRUCTURE.

AND WE HAVE A LOCAL EAGLE SCOUT THAT'S CONTRIBUTING TO THAT PROJECT, UH, THAT WE'VE WORKED WITH, UH, WORK WITH HIM FOR THE LAST COUPLE OF MONTHS, JOSH KING, AGAIN, UH, FACILITATING THAT AND WORKING WITH THAT YOUNG MAN.

SO, UH, UH, VERY PLEASED TO SEE A LOT OF THINGS GOING ON IN THE PARKS AND MANY MORE THINGS TO COME AS WE, UH, ARE MIDWAY THROUGH THE SUMMER AND, UH, THE HEAT AND EVERYTHING IS UPON US.

AND HOPEFULLY WE'RE STILL IN A POSITION THAT THE COMMUNITY CAN STILL GET OUT AND ENJOY, UH, AT LEAST BEING OUTDOORS AND, AND, AND THE PARKS AND AMENITIES, UM, AS, UH, AS TIME AS TIME GOES ON THROUGH THE SUMMER.

UM, AND I THINK THAT'S MIGHT BE WHY THEY ARE DOING THINGS MAYBE A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT.

AND IF YOU WANT TO SPEAK TO WHAT YOU SAID, YOU BASICALLY SUMMARIZE THAT, UM, KAREN TALKED TO THE DRIVER, UH, THIS MORNING AND HAD A, THE COMPANY, AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WENT FALL ALL THE MASK REQUIREMENTS WITH THEIR DRIVERS AND THAT, UM, AND ENSURING THAT SECURITY THAT THE DRIVERS WOULD, UH, TRANSFER THE GOODS FROM THE CAR

AGAIN, THIS YEAR, THEY ARE GOING TO TRY TO STACK THE TRUCK TOWARDS THE BACK OF THE LOT, SO THAT THERE'S MORE STAGING AREA FOR CARS COMING INTO THE PARKING LOT.

UM, YOU KNOW, WE, AGAIN, WE RELY ON THEM TO GIVE US THE INDICATION AS TO WHETHER THEY'RE GOING TO, UH, CONTINUE OR WHETHER THEY'RE GOING TO RESCHEDULE.

SO AS THOSE COME OUT, UH, THOSE ARE ANNOUNCED, THE TICKET HOLDERS ARE, UH, ARE NOTIFIED AND, UM, YOU KNOW, EVERYTHING THAT'S ON THE WEBSITE IS UP TO DATE, UM, PER DAY AND A PART OF THE AMOUNT OF INFORMATION THAT, UM, UM, THAT'S AVAILABLE DEPENDING ON THE SCHEDULE AND DEPENDING ON THE PERFORMANCE.

UM, YOU KNOW, SINCE THERE ARE AGREEMENTS AND CONTRACTS INVOLVED, FLOODING THEM, MAKE THE DECISION, UM, AND BEING IN CONTROL OF THAT, UM, YOU KNOW, LEAVES US IN,

WE HAD A GRANT GIVEN TO US BY THE AFG ASSISTANCE TO FIREFIGHTERS GRANT THAT REPLACED ALL OF OUR CBAS, OUR BREATHING, OUR READING CYLINDERS AND APPARATUS.

WE DID ASK AT THAT TIME FOR A COMPRESSOR THAT WAS NOT PART OF IT.

SO WE DID BUDGET FOR 2020 THAT REPLACEMENT THE COMPRESSOR AND FILL STATION IS PUSHING WELL OVER 30 YEARS OLD.

AND WE ARE NOW STARTING TO SEE SOME FAILURES WITHIN THAT.

I HAD HOPED THAT WE COULD HAVE PUSHED THIS OFF TILL NEXT YEAR, MAYBE UNDER A LITTLE BETTER FINANCIAL TIMES.

WE ONLY HAVE ONE COMPRESSOR TO FILL ALL OF OUR BREATHING APPARATUS.

AND BECAUSE OF THAT, I'M REQUESTING THE OPPORTUNITY TO PUBLISH A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.

IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT THIS IS GOING TO COST BETWEEN 25 AND $35,000.

THAT IS WHY WE'LL NEED TO DO AN RFP.

THERE ARE NO COMPRESSOR COMPANIES OR COMPRESSOR SYSTEMS THAT ARE ON THE STATE OR FEDERAL BID.

AGAIN, THERE WERE, THEREFORE I CANNOT USE EITHER ONE OF THOSE AS BEING A PROPRIETARY SYSTEM, SO WE WILL NEED TO GO TO BED.

THIS IS MORE OF A MANUFACTURING TYPE OF EQUIPMENT WHERE WE'RE HOPING THAT WE'RE NOT, UM, WE ARE ACTUALLY, WE JUST HAD THE COMPRESSOR THAT HAVE, UH, SOME MAINTENANCE DONE TO IT BECAUSE A COUPLE OF THE EMERGENCY INDICATING LIGHTS HAVE COME ON.

SO IT IS FUNCTIONING.

UH, BUT TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION IN SHORT, I DON'T HAVE A GOOD ANSWER FOR THAT RIGHT NOW UNTIL WE HEAR FROM THE VENDOR.

THE ONLY OTHER OPTION I HAVE IS TO PUT IT OR PLACE IT ON GOV DEALS, IF WE'RE NOT SATISFIED WITH THAT PARTICULAR ANSWER FROM THEM.

THE, UH, AS YOU'RE ALL WELL AWARE, WE HAVE RECEIVED CARES, ACT FUNDING, AND THE COMBINATION OF MONIES THAT WE RECEIVED FROM MONTGOMERY COUNTY AND MIAMI COUNTY, TOTAL $557,583 AND 57 CENTS.

SO IT'S NOW, UM, OUR JOB TO, UM, FIND A WAY TO SPEND ALL THAT MONEY.

AND, UH, WHAT I DID, UM, IN PREPARING FOR THIS SUPPLEMENTAL WAS TRYING TO DETERMINE THE, UM, PAYROLL FIGURES THAT I'VE ALREADY LOOKED AT FOR WHAT MIGHT BE ACCEPTED.

AND SO THAT'S WHY YOU SEE A LOT OF TRANSFERS.

UH, THOSE ARE TRANSFERS TO REIMBURSE, UH, EXPENSES THAT WE'VE ALREADY, UH, TAKEN ON OR THAT WE COULD POTENTIALLY, UH, CLAIM, UH, AS I'M STILL LEARNING, UH, NEARLY EVERY WEEK.

UH, SOMETHING NEW COMES OUT FROM OMB AS TO HOW THEY'RE, WHETHER THEY'RE GOING TO ACCEPT, UH, FOUR CLAIMS. AND SO WHAT I DID WAS I, UH, PUT IN $349,000 OF, UH, TRANSFERS TO REIMBURSE, UH, THINGS THAT HAVE BEEN SPENT OUT OF THE OTHER FUNDS.

AND THEN THE ADDITIONAL, UM, LITTLE OVER 208,000 WOULD BE ACTUALLY IN THE CORONAVIRUS RELIEF FUND.

AND, UH, THAT WILL BE FOR, UM, SUPPLIES.

THAT'LL BE FOR A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, ANYTHING THAT WE, UH, TAKE ON BETWEEN HERE AND OCTOBER 15TH.

AND IF WE, AND IF WE DETERMINE THAT WE'RE SPENDING MORE THAN THAT AMOUNT, THEN OCTOBER 15TH, I THINK THERE'LL BE A PROCESS WHERE I CAN, UH, ASK FOR ADDITIONAL DOLLARS THAT WILL BE GRANTED TO US BETWEEN OCTOBER AND DECEMBER 31ST, UH, IN ADDITION TO THOSE ITEMS, UM, WHEN WE LOOKED AT THE BUDGET FOR 2020, UM, UH, ROB HAD ASKED THAT WE INCREASE THE PERCENTAGE OF DISPATCH SALARIES THAT WE PAY OUT OF THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND.

AND THE REASON FOR THAT IS BECAUSE DOLLARS COME IN FROM THE NINE 11 WIRELESS, UH, MONIES THAT THE MOBILE COMPANIES, UM, PROVIDE THE COUNTY.

AND SO WE'RE ONE OF FOUR DISTRICTS THAT RECEIVED THOSE MONIES, THE COUNTY PLUS THE LARGEST CITIES IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY.

AND SO WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR WAYS TO SPEND THAT AND ONE OF THE APPROPRIATE WAYS TO SPEND IT, UH, ACCORDING TO HIGH RISE CODE ONE 28.57 IS ON PERSONNEL.

AND SO THE, UM, UH, WE MEANT TO DO THAT.

IT DID NOT GET INTO THE FINAL BUDGET.

AND SO I'M ASKING FOR THAT INCREASE NOW OF $106,700, UH, THE, UM, MONEY WAS BUDGETED IN THE GENERAL FUND.

SO THAT'S WHY I'M ASKING FOR A DECREASE TO THE GENERAL FUND OF 99,400.

AND YOU MIGHT ASK WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE IN THOSE TWO? THE DIFFERENCE IS RELATED TO, UH, SOME INCREASES IN BENEFITS THAT THE DISPATCHERS RECEIVED IN THEIR CONTRACT THAT JUST WAS RENEWED, BUT IT WASN'T RENEWED.

IT WASN'T ACCEPTED UNTIL 2020.

SO IT DIDN'T GET INTO THE 20, 20, 20 BUDGET, WHICH WAS PASSED AT THE END OF 19.

SO THAT'S THE SMALL AMOUNT OF DIFFERENCE THERE.

UH, THE OTHER, UM, INCREASE THAT I'M ASKING FOR IS $26,700.

THIS IS RELATED TO TWO INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE CHANGED INSURANCE.

UH, ONE DIDN'T HAVE INSURANCE, AND NOW THEY'RE, UM, UH, TAKING THE FAMILY PLAN, ANOTHER CHANGED FROM THE SINGLE PLAN TO THE FAMILY PLAN.

SO THERE'S, UH, THOSE,

SO IF THEY CHOOSE TO DO THAT, UH, THEY CAN UNTIL AUGUST 17TH.

AND THE REASON WE'VE CHOSEN THAT DATE IS THAT WE WANT TO GET ALL PAYMENTS IN BEFORE WE COME BACK TO COUNCIL AT THE SECOND MEETING IN AUGUST, TO BE ABLE TO MEET THE DEADLINE OF THE ASSESSMENT DEADLINE FOR NEXT YEAR, UH, FOR PROPERTY TAXES FOR THESE SIDEWALK ASSESSMENTS, UH, IS THE SECOND MONDAY IN SEPTEMBER.

SO IN ORDER TO MEET THAT DEADLINE, UH, I NEED, UH, UM, I NEED ALL PAYMENTS THAT ANYONE WISHES TO MAKE DONE BY AUGUST 17TH.

OF COURSE, THEY WERE NOTIFIED A YEAR AGO AND GIVEN AN ESTIMATE OF WHAT THEY WOULD LIKELY BE PAID, UH, PAYING.

AND SO THEY KNOW THAT, AND THIS LEGISLATION ALSO, UM, IF NO ONE DECIDES TO PAY IN THE NEXT, UH, UM, THREE WEEKS, THEN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ASSESSMENTS WILL BE $106,167 AND 79 CENTS.

OBVIOUSLY THAT NUMBER WILL BE LOWER IF WE HAVE PAYMENTS BETWEEN NOW AND AUGUST 17TH, COMPLETELY, UH, THE CHOICE OF THE RESIDENTS WHO HAVE THOSE, WHETHER THEY CHOOSE TO PAY OR NOT.

AND OBVIOUSLY I WOULD ALSO ASK THIS TO BE APPROVED AS EMERGENCY ON MONDAY NIGHT.

UH, SO THAT WAY WE CAN GET THE LETTERS OUT, UH, WE'RE PREPARED TO SEND LETTERS OUT, UH, GIVING THE FINAL DOLLAR AMOUNTS OF WHAT IS OWED TO EACH RESIDENT THAT WILL BE NOT HAVE A POTENTIAL SIDEWALK ASSESSMENT.

UM, AND WHAT ATTRACTED ME TO THEM, NUMBER ONE WAS A, A REQUIREMENT OF THEM DOING A NEEDS ASSESSMENT THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY, NOT JUST COMING FOR ME AS A PUBLIC WORKS MANAGER, SAYING WHAT WE NEED AS A COMMUNITY, BUT ALSO, UM, GROUND FLOOR COMING THROUGH WITH ALL THE NEEDS ASSESSMENTS FROM SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES AROUND THE COUNTRY, SIMILAR PUBLIC WORKS FACILITIES AND ORGANIZATIONS.

UM, AND BASICALLY THEY THEY'D HAVE A MATRIX BUILT FOR, FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF THINGS THAT ARE REQUIRED FOR PUBLIC WORKS FACILITIES AROUND THE COUNTRY.

AND WE ENDED UP, UM, STUDYING FIVE DIFFERENT SITES.

THESE SITES ARE ALL ACTIVE STUDY SITES.

UM, AND BY NO MEANS, ARE WE PINPOINTING THAT'S EXACTLY WHERE IT NEEDS TO GO, BUT THEY WERE.

UM, A COUPLE OF THE ITEMS THAT WE ARE LOOKING AT, UM, AND WILL STEM FROM POTENTIAL LEGISLATION, UH, IN THE FUTURE IS WE WANT TO MODIFY ALL OF THE PLUMBING FIXTURES IN THE REST OF OUR CITY AND FACILITIES TO GO TO TOUCHLESS.

UM, ALSO JUST TODAY, WE FOUND ANOTHER, UH, ABILITY FOR THE, UM, UH, AN ADAPTER TO GO TO OUR PLACE STRUCTURES TO INCLUDE HAND SANITIZING STATIONS BUILT RIGHT IN, UH, JOSH FOUND THAT WE'RE, YOU KNOW, WE'RE GOING TO LOOK AT ALL THOSE TYPE OF THINGS.

AND AGAIN, THOSE ARE LOWER COST.

SOME OF THE LARGER COST ITEMS THAT WE FEEL THAT'S GOING TO BE BENEFICIAL.

SO WE'RE GOING TO REALLY TAKE A LOOK AT AND SEE HOW WE CAN OFFSET SOME OF THAT IN COMPARISON TO SOME OF THE SAVINGS THAT WE'VE MADE.

AND, UH, WE REALLY HOPE THAT, UH, IN COMBINATION OF THOSE AVAILABLE FUNDS AND SOME OF THE CUTS THAT WE'VE ABLE TO MAKE WILL OFFSET ANY OF THE LOSS OF REVENUES.

AND THEN, UM, I WILL BEGIN THE PROCESS TO DO LIKE A 30 DAY, UM, SEARCH FOR CANDIDATES FOR THE REMAINING OF, UH, CITIZEN MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION.
