SO, UH, THAT SHOULD BE, UH, COMING ABOUT HERE WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK OR SO. SPLASH PAD IS COMPLETE AN OPEN, OPEN UP, UH, EARLY THIS WEEK UPON ITS FINAL INSPECTIONS, UH, WAS DOWN MONITORING. WE HAD OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE SOME MATCHING FUNDS FOR ADDITIONAL BUS STOPS. UH, AS YOU RECALL, WE, WE FOUND SOME ADDITIONAL, UH, PLACES THAT WE COULD PLACE THE, UH, THE BUS STOPS, UH, AND OUR COST TO THAT IS GOING TO BE ABOUT $30,000. UH, WE HAVE, UM, UH, SOME ADDITIONAL ROADWAYS THAT, UH, WILL NEED TO BE TAKEN CARE OF. AND, UH, WE ARE GOING TO, UH, UNLESS COUNCIL WANTS TO PRIORITIZE THAT IN LIGHT OF SOME OF THE REDUCTIONS IN THE GAS TAX, AS WELL AS THE, UH, STATE FUNDING THAT COMES IN TO SUPPLY THOSE PROJECTS. UH, WE DIDN'T SEE AN ISSUE WITH A REDUCTION OF FOUR PARKING SPACES AT THIS LOCATION AND THE APPLICANTS HAPPY WITH 64 FOR THEIR BUSINESS. THE PROPERTY DOES HAVE, UH, ACCESS TO PUBLIC WATER AND SEWER. SO THEY WILL UTILIZE THE EXISTING, UM, UTILITIES THERE. UH, ONE OF THE FIRE COMMENTS IS FOR THEM TO ADD A FIRE HYDRANT ON SITE. UH, WE HAVE A VERY HIGH CONCENTRATION OF ACCREDITED AGENCIES IN THIS COUNTY. WE ALSO HAVE A HIGH CONCENTRATION OF OHIO COLLABORATION, CERTIFIED AGENCIES IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY. AND WITH THAT, UH, IS ALWAYS OPENING THEMSELVES UP FOR AN EXTERNAL EXAMINATION AND INDEPENDENT AUDIT OF, UH, OF STANDARDS AND POLICIES. GRADATION IS THROUGH THE COMMISSION ON ACCREDITATION FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES OR KALIA KALIA IS COMPRISED OF FOUR ORGANIZATIONS. IT'S A CONSORTIUM BEFORE THAT STARTED IN 1979. THOSE ORGANIZATIONS ARE THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF CHIEFS OF POLICE, THE NATIONAL ORGANIZATION OF BLACK LAW ENFORCEMENT EXECUTIVES, THE NATIONAL SHERIFF'S ASSOCIATION, AND THE POLICE EXECUTIVE RESEARCH FORUM, UH, REPRESENTATIVES FROM ALL OF THOSE ORGANIZATIONS CAME TOGETHER TO DEVELOP AND DEVISE A NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS FOR, UH, ALL OPERATIONS AND FACETS OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY. UH, THROUGH THOSE YEARS, THOSE, THOSE STANDARDS HAVE GONE THROUGH MANY REVISIONS TO BE MODERNIZED BASED ON ON TIMES. UH, MOST RECENTLY, OBVIOUSLY THERE ARE MENTAL HEALTH STANDARDS. THERE ARE, UH, ELDER, UH, STANDARDS THERE, A BODY CAMERA STANDARDS. THERE ARE ETHICS STANDARDS, THERE ARE BIAS BASED POLICING STANDARDS, USE OF FORCE STANDARDS, UH, EQUIPMENT STANDARDS, UH, JAIL COMMUNICATION, EVERYTHING THAT YOU CAN THINK OF ALL FACETS AND ALL REALMS OF, OF SERVICE IN LAW ENFORCEMENT. UH, NONETHELESS WE HAVE, UH, MAINTAINED AND ACHIEVED ACCREDITATION ALL THROUGHOUT THE TIME. UH, WE HAVE NEVER HAD A SITUATION WHERE WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED REACCREDITATION. IN FACT, UM, UH, WE ARE A GOLD STANDARD, UH, OR THE, UH, FOR THE, UM, UH, COMMUNICATION CENTER. UH, THE GOLD STANDARD STYLE OF ACCREDITATION HAS GONE AWAY FROM LAW ENFORCEMENT, BUT, UH, WE ARE, UH, ACCREDITED WITH, UM, UH, WITH THE ACHIEVEMENT, UH, NONETHELESS AFTER, UH, AFTER ALL THAT. AND ON TOP OF THAT IN 2016, THE STATE OF OHIO, AND A LOT OF PEOPLE DON'T KNOW THIS, UH, BUT THE STATE OF OHIO DEVISE, THE OHIO COLLABORATIVE COMMUNITY POLICE, UH, ADVISORY BOARD. AND THAT IS A SET OF STANDARDS THAT, UH, MEASURED, UH, IN A VARIETY OF AREAS, UM, INCLUDING, AND THIS IS DETAILED IN HERE, BUT AGAIN, I'M, I'M BRIEFING AND BRIEFING RELATIVELY QUICKLY. UM, THE, UH, THE, UH, THE, THE COLLABORATIVE, UM, LET ME GET TO IT. UM, IT HAS USE OF FORCE RECRUITMENT AND HIRING BIAS, FREE POLICING INVESTIGATION, EMPLOYEE MISCONDUCT, COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT, UH, TRAINING, AND ALL THOSE OTHER THINGS THAT BASICALLY MIRROR AND ENHANCE, UH, THE INTERNATIONAL ACCREDITATION. UH, SINCE 2016, WE HAVE RECEIVED ALL THREE LEVELS OF CERTIFICATION AND HAVE ACTUALLY, UH, ONE OF, I WOULD SAY ABOUT HALF IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY THAT HAVE GONE THROUGH THE RECERTIFICATION. SO NOT ONLY FOR A, UH, WE'LL CALL IT INTERNATIONAL BECAUSE THERE ARE AGENCIES OUT OF THE COUNTRY THAT CLIA MONITORS AND ASSESSES, UH, BUT NOT ONLY, UH, AT LEAST NATIONALLY OR INTERNATIONALLY, BUT ALSO WITHIN THE STATE, UH, WE MEET AND REVIEW AND WE MATCH ALL OF THOSE STANDARDS. SO, UM, THE ISSUES THAT WERE BROUGHT UP THROUGH THE NACP LETTER, UH, MOST OF THOSE WERE ADDRESSED THROUGH STANDARDS IN THOSE FORMS OF ACCREDITATION. THE BULK OF THIS DOCUMENT INCLUDES THAT WE PROVIDE TO, UH, TO DR. FORWARD IS THE, UH, THE PROOFS OF COMPLIANCE, I'LL [00:20:01] SAY FOR THOSE STANDARDS TO SHOW AND DEMONSTRATE HOW THOSE ARE MET. AND THEN THE NINTH THAT WE ADDED INTERNALLY WAS PROHIBIT BIAS BASED SERVICE WITHIN ALL CITY SERVICES. UH, I WILL JUST GO THROUGH THEM BRIEFLY, UH, THE FIRST STRATEGY AND THE BLUE PAGES WITHIN YOUR PACKET ARE THE TABBED PAGES. UH, OUR RESPONSE TO THAT IS, UH, THERE ARE SPECIFICS LAID OUT IN THE EXPECTATION. THERE'S MORE THAN ONE WAY TO BASICALLY ACCOMPLISH THOSE OBJECTIVES. UH, WE'RE FACED WITH CURRENT ISSUES THAT ARE TIME SENSITIVE, AND WE NEED TO USE THE RESOURCES AND ABILITIES AVAILABLE TO US RIGHT NOW, UH, TO BE ABLE TO BEGIN TO AFFECT THAT TYPE OF REFORM, CONSIDERING THAT THE CITY HAS A CAPABILITY OF CREATING A NEW COMMISSION TO BEGIN THIS WORK AND POTENTIAL CHANGES TO STATE LAW AND THE CHARTERS FAR OUTLIVE THE TIMELINE NEEDED TO START TO AFFECT AND MAKE SOME OF THESE REFORMATIVE CHANGES. UH, IN OTHER WORDS, IN ORDER TO MEET THE THINGS SUCH AS, UH, RAMPING UP A INDEPENDENTLY ELECTED BODY, UH, DEALING WITH FUNDING, DEALING WITH POTENTIAL CHARTER CHANGES, ET CETERA, WE ALL KNOW THE TIMELINE AND THE LENGTH OF TIME THAT THAT TAKES. HOWEVER, I DON'T THINK THAT THAT WAS THE GOAL AND OBJECTIVE BEHIND IT, ESPECIALLY IN SPEAKING WITH DR. FORWARD IS MAKING SURE THAT WE HAVE, UH, SOME CITIZEN INPUT AND REVIEW, UH, REGARDING, UM, EITHER ISSUES, COMPLAINTS, BUT WE'RE TAKING IT A STEP FURTHER. WE'RE TAKING THAT A STEP FURTHER TO MAKE SURE THAT WE ENGAGE THE COMMUNITY IN ALL FORMS OF CULTURE AND DIVERSITY, BECAUSE IF THE CULTURE OF THE COMMUNITY IS IMPROVED AND THE COMMUNITY IN ITSELF WILL NOT STAND FOR ANY TYPE OF DISCRIMINATION, BIAS, OR PREJUDICE OR MISTREATMENT OF ANYBODY. SO, UH, IF WE, IF WE TAKE THE IDEALS OF, UH, EQUAL SERVICE, UM, YOU KNOW, FROM WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION OUT INTO THE COMMUNITY AND LET THAT BUILD BACK AND FORTH, THEN I THINK THAT IS A VERY TRUE FORM. AND THE IDEA OF HAVING TO HAVE OVERSIGHT BASICALLY BECOMES A, BECOMES A NONEXISTENT. UH, AND I THINK THAT WE HAVE THAT POSSIBILITY AND THE, IN THE ENERGY WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY TO DO THAT NOW, IN FACT, UH, THE MAYOR, UH, HAS, HAS BEEN CONTACTED AND REACHED OUT TO, BY A FEW INDIVIDUALS, UH, WHO HAD ALREADY STARTED TALKING THIS TYPE OF DISCUSSION OF CREATING A TYPE OF COMMISSION, UH, WHETHER IT BE FOR CULTURE AND WE'RE EXPANDING IT. UH, SO IF WE LOOK AND FOR SOME REASON, THIS IS NOT DOING MY PAGES, OKAY, I'M LOCKED UP, I'LL A DOCUMENT. I LOADED IT UP. YEAH. BUT IF MY COMPUTER'S LOCKED UP, SO THAT DOESN'T DO ME ANY GOOD. TALK TO JERRY ON FRIDAY ABOUT, UH, SOME OF THE LEGAL ISSUES THAT MIGHT BE OCCURRED, UH, OCCURRING WITH THIS. AND THEN WHEN I TALKED TO ROB ABOUT THIS ON MONDAY, UM, I WAS JUST VERY IMPRESSED WITH HOW MUCH THE STANDARDS WERE ALREADY HIGH IN OUR COMMUNITY. I KNOW IT'S ALWAYS BEEN MY IMPRESSION THAT WE'VE HAD, UH, HAVE THE GREATEST POLICE DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY, IN OUR CITY, IN THE COUNTRY. [00:25:01] AND WITH ROB, UH, IMPLEMENTING THESE EIGHT STEPS, HE ADDED A NINTH ONE, AND TAKING THAT TO OTHER DEPARTMENTS, I THINK IS JUST SOMETHING THAT SHOWS THE QUALITY THAT WE HAVE HERE IN HUBER HEIGHTS. AND I'D LOVE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THAT, BUT AS ROB KNOWS, AND YOU KNOW, A LOT OF THOSE WERE ALREADY ESTABLISHED EVEN BEFORE I GOT ON COUNCIL, BUT I AM PROUD AND CONTINUING THAT AND DOING ANYTHING WE CAN TO HELP IMPROVE IT. SO IT WAS EASY TO COME UP WITH OUR EXISTING POLICIES, CAUSE THIS IS THE WAY THAT WE PRACTICE. THIS IS THE WAY WE PRACTICE PROVIDING SERVICE LAW ENFORCEMENT. AND QUITE FRANKLY, IT SETS THE EXAMPLE FOR MANY. AND WE FELT INTERNALLY THAT IF WE'RE GOING TO DISCUSS AND MAKE SURE THAT WE REVIEW THE TYPE OF SERVICES, UH, AND, AND PROVIDING EQUALITY IN THOSE SERVICES, THEN THAT REALLY SHOULD EXTEND PLEASE FIRE FRONT DESK, CITY SERVICES, UH, PUBLIC WORKS, ALL THOSE CODE ENFORCEMENT. UH, I LIKE, AND WE JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT, UH, WE HAVE A WORKPLACE AND THE CITY GOVERNMENT THAT, UH, THAT IS FREE OF BIAS AND DISCRIMINATION. SO THE, UM, UH, NOW WE'RE GOING TO GET TO SEE SOME FLASHING APPARENTLY. UM, BUT YEAH, WE'RE GONNA GO WITH, UH, THE, UH, THE COMMISSION, UH, IS WRITTEN OUT. WE'VE GOT, UH, THE, THE CREATION, UH, THE PURPOSE, UH, I'LL JUST BRIEF OVER THAT. SO THE PURPOSE OF THE COMMISSION TO ACT IN AN ADVISORY CAPACITY TO CITY COUNCIL AND TO THE CITY MANAGER PROMOTE EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AND FULL EXERCISE OF CIVIL RIGHTS FOR ALL PERSONS WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION, BECAUSE OF RACE, ETHNICITY, COLOR, OR NATIONAL ORIGIN TO COMBAT DISCRIMINATION, RACISM, AND OTHER BIASES THROUGH EDUCATION, MEDIATION, POLICY LEGISLATION, AND COMPLAINT REVIEW, AND RESOLUTION COMMISSION ALSO ENGAGED IN SUCH ACTIVITIES AS MAY BE REFERRED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. UH, THE REST OF IT BASICALLY IS VERY, UH, VERY SIMPLISTICALLY STATED, UH, FOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, UH, TERMS, UH, ORGANIZATION QUORUM, ET CETERA. ONE THING THAT IS UNIQUE ABOUT IT IS, UH, AT LEAST THE PROPOSAL, UH, THAT THE, UH, MAY OR MAY APPOINT FOR INITIAL MEMBERS. AGAIN, THIS IS TIME SENSITIVE. THERE ARE INDIVIDUALS THAT HAVE APPROACHED, UH, THE MAYOR, UH, AND, UH, AND TALKED ABOUT, UM, BEING INVOLVED AND ENGAGED. UH, THEY, THEY COME TO THE TABLE WITH RESOURCES AND CAPABILITIES, UH, AND, UH, AND HA BEING ABLE TO INITIALLY APPOINT MEMBERS TO HELP CONTINUE THE FORMATION AND QUITE FRANKLY, MAKING SURE THAT WE HAVE SOME ASSISTANCE FROM OUR RESIDENTS AND FROM OUR CITIZEN REPRESENTATIVES TO HELP FILL AND CREATE THE REST OF THE COMMISSION, UH, IN TERMS OF WHAT THE DIVERSITY OF THAT COMMISSION LOOKS LIKE. AND, UM, AND I THINK THAT THE COMMUNITY THEMSELVES ARE THE EXPERTS IN THAT. UH, AND, UM, WE WOULD HOPE AND ASK THAT, UH, THE FULL COUNCIL WOULD CONSIDER PASSING A RESOLUTION ON MONDAY TO ALLOW US TO BEGIN THE FORMATION OF THAT. UH, AND THAT DOESN'T SAY THAT AS TIME GOES ON, THAT WE DON'T HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE MODIFICATIONS BECAUSE I'M CERTAIN, A CREATIVE BOARD OF, UH, OF INDIVIDUALS WILL COME WITH THEIR OWN IDEAS. AND AS WE ALL KNOW, EACH BOARD AND COMMISSION CAN SET A HANDBOOK OR RULES, UH, THAT THEY CAN, THEY CAN CREATE AS WELL. SO THAT WOULD BE THE RECOMMENDATION TO, UH, TO MEET, UM, THAT EXPECTATION AND THAT STRATEGY. UM, AND ON TOP OF THAT, THE POLICE DIVISION ITSELF HAS A VERY EXTENSIVE AND COMPREHENSIVE COMPLAINT INVESTIGATION PROCESS. UH, AND AT THE END OF EACH CALENDAR YEAR, UH, ONE OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE LIEUTENANTS COMPILES, AN ANNUAL STATISTICAL SUMMARY OF ANY OF THE INTERNAL INVESTIGATION COMPLAINTS THAT'S PUBLISHED, MADE PUBLIC LIST IS LIST THE TYPE OF COMPLAINTS GIVEN THE DISPOSITION OF THE COMPLAINTS, UH, AS WELL AS, UM, IF THERE IS INTEREST IN THE ACTUAL OFFICERS LISTED, AS WE KNOW, UH, ALL THAT INFORMATION IS, IS PUBLIC RECORD. UH, ONE OF THE, THE, UH, THE EXPECTATION WAS WRITTEN AS CREATE A MORE TRANSPARENT PROCESS AROUND THE ACCOUNTABILITY OF OFFICERS [00:30:01] WHO VIOLATE CITIZEN'S CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS CAN AS A POLICE ETHICS AND DEPARTMENT POLICIES, BY MAKING THEIR NAMES AND DISCIPLINARY RECORDS AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC AS INDICATE WE ALREADY ANNUALLY PROVIDE A STATISTICAL REPORT THAT IS PUBLISHED, BUT ON TOP OF THAT, ANY TIME THAT THERE WAS A REQUEST OR A NEED FOR ANY OF THOSE RECORDS, THOSE ARE ALREADY AVAILABLE. AND THOSE, UM, THOSE HAVE BEEN PROVIDED, WE ROUTINELY GET REQUESTS FOR PERSONNEL FILES, UH, FOR, UM, FOR OFFICERS, OTHER EMPLOYEES, ET CETERA, AND WE'VE NEVER HAD ISSUES OR, UH, OR COMPLAINTS ABOUT GETTING THAT INFORMATION OUT. BUT WE EVEN HAVE POLICIES THAT SPELL OUT THAT TO MAKE SURE THAT OUR OFFICERS ARE AWARE OF PEOPLE EXECUTING THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, THEIR, UH, UH, FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS, FREEDOM OF INFORMATION, FREEDOM TO RECORD, ET CETERA. UH, BUT WHENEVER A WEAPON IS USED, YOU'RE DISCHARGED FOR USE OF FORCE INCIDENT THAT IS TAKEN TO THE GRAND JURY AND COMMON PLEAS. SO THE COMMON PLEAS JURORS, UH, REVIEW THE INCIDENT AND MAKE A, UM, UH, MAKE A, UH, A NOBEL OR TRUE BILL DECISION, UH, REGARDING AS TO WHETHER THE ACTION WAS JUSTIFIED, UH, MET ANY ELEMENTS OF ANY CRIMINAL OFFENSE AND OR IF IT WAS A SUITED FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATION. NORMALLY YOU WOULD SUBMIT YOUR EXPENSES AND GET REIMBURSED THROUGH A GRANT, BUT THIS IS ACTUALLY GIVING YOU ALL THE MONEY UPFRONT THAT YOU'RE ENTITLED TO BASED ON A LOCAL GOVERNMENT DISTRIBUTION PERCENTAGE. AND THEN YOU, UM, YOU SPEND, AS YOU NEED TO, AND THEN YOU RETURN THE MONEY. THAT IS NOT THAT IT WOULD BE BELOW THE AMOUNT THAT THEY HAND OUT TO YOU. SO WHEN I KNOW THAT DOLLAR AMOUNT, THEN I WILL COME TO COUNCIL AND SAY, OKAY, NOW WE HAVE A SUPPLEMENTAL TO POSSIBLY SPEND AS MUCH AS WHAT THEY'VE GIVEN US. MAYBE THAT'S THE WAY ALL GRANTS WILL BE IN THE FUTURE. [ NLC Cities Are Essential Resolution] UH, THE LAST ITEM IS ITEM H AND L C CITIES, OUR CENTRAL RESOLUTION, UH, GLEN AUTO. AND YOU'RE GOING TO HANDLE THAT THE LIGHT FORCE. ABSOLUTELY. THANK YOU, MARK. YEAH. MR. SHAWL, COULDN'T BE HERE TONIGHT. UM, HE HAD PROPOSED BAR BROUGHT THIS TO BE PROPOSED. UM, THIS IS A, AN INITIATIVE FROM THE NATIONAL LEAGUE OF CITIES AND WHAT THIS IS, IS IT'S MORE OR LESS, JUST A, UM, FOR US TO CREATE A PIECE OF LEGISLATION TO GO TO OUR NATIONAL REPRESENTATIVES, UM, TO REQUEST THAT THEY CONSIDER ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR SMALLER CITIES, BECAUSE THOSE KIND OF CITIES, OUR SIZE AND THE SIMILAR ARE KIND OF LEFT OUT OF THE EQUATION THROUGH THIS, THIS WHOLE PROCESS. YOU KNOW, THE FOCUS IS ON THE LARGER COMMUNITIES AND THE BIGGER CITIES. AND, UH, THIS IS ONE THAT, UH, IS BEING PULLED TOGETHER THROUGH THE NATIONAL LEAGUE OF CITIES AND BEING SUPPORTED BY THE OHIO MUNICIPAL LEAGUE AND, UH, SEPARATE FROM THE CARER ZACK COMPLETELY. BUT THIS IS AGAIN, ONE THAT, UH, LOOKS TO ESTABLISH A, AGAIN, A NATIONAL POOL OF MONEY THAT WOULD THEN BE DISTRIBUTED DOWN THROUGH LOCAL COMMUNITIES TO ASSIST FURTHER ASSIST THROUGH THESE TIMES. UM, I WANT TO POINT OUT A COUPLE OF THINGS IN HERE. THERE'S ONE PARTICULAR, UM, I MENTIONED IN HERE WHERE IT SPEAKS TO, UM, THE POSSIBILITY OF CUTTING COMMUNITY SERVICES. NOW I WANT TO SAY THAT THIS SPEAKS TO THE OVERREACHING SUBJECT OF UNITED STATES IN GENERAL AND IN COMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES. UM, I CAN, I FEEL PRETTY CONFIDENT IN SAYING THAT WE'VE HAD NO CONVERSATIONS AND WE ARE NOT CONSIDERING ANYTHING OF THAT TYPE AT THIS POINT. UM, SO I DO WANT TO MAKE THAT VERY CLEAR, UM, THAT THAT'S NOT SOMETHING THAT WE'RE CONSIDERING THIS AS AGAIN, SIMPLY TO JUMP ON AND SHOW OUR SUPPORT FOR THE FUNDING OF SMALLER CITIES THROUGHOUT THE, THE NATION. UH, ADDITIONALLY, ONE MORE THING AND, AND, AND JUST WALKED OUT. SO I HIT YOU GUYS CAUSE YOUR LEFT, UM, W WE'LL NEED YOUR HELP. I KNOW ROB HAS MENTIONED THAT WE HAVE HAD SOME FINANCIAL IMPACT DUE TO THIS AND SOME LOSSES AND INCOME. UM, AND THERE'S THE, THE WHAT, UH, I THINK THE SECOND TO LAST, WHEREAS IN THERE WHERE, UM, WE'RE LOOKING TO GET A, A, UH, SOME TYPE OF EXAMPLES OF WHERE WE'VE HAD, WHERE WE'VE BEEN IMPACTED. SO, ROB, I KNOW YOU'VE MENTIONED SOME OF THOSE GENERAL DOLLAR FIGURES BEFORE, IF LOVE TO HAVE SOME HELP IN PUTTING THAT LITTLE PIECE OF STATEMENT [01:25:01] TOGETHER IN THERE, IF THAT'D BE OKAY. SO IN SUMMARY, THIS IS JUST A, A PIECE MOVING THROUGH THE NATIONAL CITY, SUPPORTED BY THE OHIO MUNICIPAL LEAGUE TO REQUEST OUR FEDERAL OFFICIALS TO CONSIDER THE SMALLER CITIES WHEN PROVIDING AID, FUTURE AID PACKAGES, UM, MOVING DOWN THE LINE. AND, UH, I'D ABSOLUTELY APPRECIATE, AND I KNOW MR. SHAW APPRECIATE THE SUPPORT OF THE REST OF COUNCIL ON THIS. SO IT'S SOMETHING WE WOULD SEE ON MONDAY'S AGENDA. YES. ALRIGHT. ANY QUESTIONS?
