SO WE ARE AT THAT POINT TO BE ABLE TO APPROVE THAT DEDICATION TO MAKE THIS A PUBLIC ROAD. SO IT HAS BUILT TO CITY STANDARDS AND IT DOES HAVE FULL ACCESS, UH, LEFT AND RIGHT TURNS OUT ONTO THE EXECUTIVE BOULEVARD AND WAS ALSO STRATEGICALLY PLACED FOR FUTURE DEVELOPMENT OF THIS PROPERTY. SO WE HAVE GRANTED ACCESS TO CREATE A GRAVEL AREA, UH, RIGHT OFF OF LABOR LANE TO STORE SOME MATERIALS. SO WE HAVE HALF THE WORK DONE FOR US ALREADY AND FREIGHT IN THE GRAVEL PARKING LOT. AND THEN THERE'LL BE A LITTLE EXTRA IN THERE AS THEIR, SAY A PROFIT.
