	1	LOT SPLIT - The applicant, CARRIAGE TRAILS AT THE HEIGHTS, LLC, is requesting approval of a Lot Split 14.65 acres and 5.35 acres, State Route 202, Tipp City, Ohio (ZC 19-24).
