A.   A Public Hearing Scheduled For April 9, 2018 By The Huber Heights City Council With Respect To The Proposed Issuance By The City Of Securities In One Or More Series As Part Of A Plan Of Finance In The Maximum Principal Amount Of $8,000,000 Pursuant To Ohio Revised Code Chapter 133.  The Securities Will Be Issued As Qualified 501(c)(3) Bonds For Federal Income Tax Purposes.  Proceeds Of The Securities Will Be Used, Together With Other Available Funds, To Refinance The Construction, Equipping And Furnishing Of A Multi-Purpose Facility, Including Among Other Amenities, Concession Facilities, Restrooms, Parking Facilities, Landscaping And Related Driveways And Roads, And Acquiring Real Estate And Interests Therein, Together With All Necessary And Related Appurtenances Thereto (The “Music Center”).  The Music Center Is Located On An Approximately 22-Acre Site At 6800 Executive Boulevard, Huber Heights, Ohio 45424.  The City Is The Owner Of The Music Center, And Music Event Management, Inc.
