IT INCLUDES WIDENING IT FROM TWO TO THREE LANES AND ADDING CURBS, STONE SEWERS, AND AN 11 CONCRETE BIKE PATH ON THE NORTH SIDE, AND 5 FEET ON THE SOUTH SIDE. AND THIS IS SIMILAR TO THE ONE WE DID GOING OUT TO THE EAST. AND PROJECT DESIGNED, AND PLANS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND APPROVED BY ODOT. THE CITY IS RECEIVING FEDERAL GRANT MONEY FROM THIS FROM THE MIAMI VALLEY REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION TO HELP COVER THE COST OF THE IMPROVEMENTS, AND THAT'S ROUGHLY 2.2 MILLION IN GRANT MONEY TO HELP COVER THE COSTS. WE'VE GOT PROJECTS TO DO, BUT HERE ARE THE REVENUE STREAMS, AND IT WAS VERY IMPACTFUL TO THEM, DIFFERENT COMMUNITIES ACROSS THE STATE THAT HAVE UTILIZED THEIR BALANCE SHEET TO DERIVE [01:10:08] DEVELOPMENT. ONE OF THE THINGS YOU HAVE REVENUE TO HELP PAY BACK THAT DEBT. SOME PLACES MIGHT NOT BE SO LUCKY THEY'RE IN A SPOT THAT THAT'S GOING TO INCUR. SOMETIMES THEY HAVE TO INCENTIVIZE THAT AND MAKE IT HAPPEN. THERE'S COMMUNITIES THAT ARE USING THESE TOOLS THAT ARE GIVING UP EVERYTHING JUST TO GET THE INCOME TAX.
