SO I BRING THAT UP JUST TO HIGHLIGHT FIRE FIRE GEPHARDT AND LIEUTENANT HAHN BUT IT SEGUES INTO THIS. I THINK I'VE SAID THIS BEFORE. HOW DOES THIS DRIVE OUR MISSION, SO WE WORK TOGETHER AS A TEAM , THE HUBER HEIGHTS ARTS AND BEAUTIFICATION COMMISSION CULTIVATES ALL FORMS OF ART IN CELEBRATION OF OUR UNIQUELY BEAUTIFUL AND CULTURALLY DIVERSE HOME. THAT MAY SOUND A LITTLE BIT GENERIC, YOU KNOW, BUT EACH OF THOSE WORDS, WERE CHOSEN TO SPECIFICALLY LADDER TO THE PROGRAMS AND THE PROCESSES AND THE PROCEDURES THAT WE WANT TO BRING TO LIFE. SO THAT REALLY HELPED US AS A TEAM, TALK ABOUT WHAT WE CARE ABOUT AND CRYSTALLIZE WHAT WE HOPED TO ACHIEVE. NOW, THAT VISION IS A LOVELY IDEA BUT NOTHING CAN COME TO LIFE, NO VISION CAN BE REAL WITHOUT DATA TO DRIVE IT. SO THAT IS ONE THING THAT WE AS A COMMISSION ARE FOCUSED ON. IS MEASURING OUR EFFICACY. IN FEBRUARY, WE HAD OUR ART SHOW AND WE MADE SURE TO TRACK HOW MANY ARTISTS ATTENDED, HOW MANY GUESTS CAME TO VISIT. THE JUDGES THAT WERE A PART OF MAKING THAT DAY HAPPEN, THEN WE HELD WHAT IN DIGITAL WE CALL A RETROSPECTIVE, AND IT'S IN OUR NOTES AND THE DATA IS IN OUR NOTES, SO NEXT YEAR WHEN WE REPEAT THIS EVENT, WITH SOME OF THE CHANGES THAT THE RETRO ALLOWED US TO CREATE, WE WILL BE ABLE TO MEASURE THE EFFICACY AND SAY HOW WE ARE DOING.
