I THINK A VERY CONSERVATIVE GOAL IS TO REDUCE OUR OVERTIME BUDGET BY ABOUT 18%. AND , OF THE REMAINING OVERTIME BUDGET FOR THE YEAR, AND THE NEXT YEAR, 18% OF THAT BUDGET, 18%, SO ON. SO THE FIRST YEAR SALARY SAVINGS, WHEN COMBINED WITH REDUCED OVERTIME, THIS IS SALARY SAVINGS, IS ABOUT $196,000.
