WE HAD A COUPLE HUNDRED HOMES, FIVE EMPLOYEES, AND WE PURCHASED HUBER HOME RENTALS FROM THE HUBER FAMILY IN BEGINNING OF 2013, WHICH TRANS WAS A TRANSFORMATIVE EVENT FOR OUR BUSINESS. WE, UM, WENT FROM A COUPLE HUNDRED TO A COUPLE THOUSAND HOMES AND FROM A HANDFUL OF EMPLOYEES TO, UM, OVER [00:15:01] 50. AND SINCE THAT POINT IN TIME, THE COMPANY HAS CONTINUED TO GROW. THE LAST DECADE WE'VE EXPANDED TO 18 STATES. WE HAVE OVER 500 EMPLOYEES. WE, UM, HAVE OVER 20,000 HOMES. AND IT ALL REALLY STARTED HERE. WE'VE, UM, UH, INITIATED A PARTNERSHIP PROVIDING FREE FINANCIAL LITERACY TO ALL OF OUR RESIDENTS AND EMPLOYEES THROUGH OUR PARTNERSHIP WITH OPERATION HOPE. WE HAVE INSTITUTED A PROCESS BY WHICH WE SELL HOMES TO OUR RESIDENTS AS WELL AS TO OWNER OCCUPANT COMMUNITY MEMBERS. AND I'VE BEEN ABLE TO SEE FIRSTHAND THE IMPACT THAT FIRST RESPONDERS CAN HAVE ON A COMMUNITY. AND WHEN WE WERE EXPLORING POSSIBILITIES, THE IDEA OF BEING ABLE TO MAKE A DONATION THAT COULD BE USED TO HELP, UH, THE FIRE SERVICE DIVISION PROVIDE CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS TO RESIDENTS REALLY RESONATED.
