AND PART OF THE APPROVALS ON THE WAWA, AT LEAST ON MY SIDE, WAS THE, THE AMOUNT OF TREES AND SCREENING THAT'S GONNA STAY.
NOW WE MAKE THIS A DEVELOP AN ABLE TO BE DEVELOPED PARCEL.
I WANNA MAKE SURE WE KEEP THAT RIGHT.
SO I THINK ANYTHING THAT NEEDS WOULD BE DEVELOPED OUTSIDE OF WHAT FITS UNDER THE OFFICE INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, THE MIXED USE DISTRICT WILL NEED TO COME BACK TO THIS BOARD.
