AND THANK YOU FOR THE OPPORTUNITY JUST TO OFFER, UH, UH, SOME BRIEF WORDSS OF ENCOURAGEMENT FOR YOU AS WE GET, UH, GET GOING THIS EVENING.

SO IT'S AN EXCITING SEASON TO BE TOGETHER, AN EXCITING SEASON OF LIFE.

YOU KNOW, WE HAVE TREES OUTSIDE THIS VERY BUILDING THAT ARE STARTING TO, TO BUD LIKE WE SEE ALL AROUND OUR COMMUNITY.

GREEN POPPING UP ALL OVER.

IT'S JUST, THERE'S A FRESHNESS AND A NEW SENSE OF, UH, OF THE SPRING BRINGS EVERY YEAR, RIGHT? IN FACT, YESTERDAY, UH, MYSELF AND, AND, AND REALLY BILLIONS OF OTHERS AROUND THE WORLD GATHERED TO CELEBRATE, UH, EASTER.

UH, THIS IDEA, THIS, THIS, THIS TIME THAT WE, UH, WE PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE STORY, THE RESURRECTION OF JESUS, AND WHY THAT IS SO CENTRAL, UH, TO OUR FAITH.

AND I'M NOT GONNA TAKE, UH, TIME TO UNPACK THAT, THAT'S WAY BEYOND OUR SCOPE HERE.

BUT I THINK THERE IS AN INTERESTING APPLICATION FOR OUR TIME.

YOU SEE THE THING THAT THAT'S, UH, SO UNIQUE ABOUT THAT STORY, THE THING THAT ALWAYS GETS ME EVEN AFTER, UH, SEVERAL YEARS OF SPEAKING ABOUT THAT THIS IS THIS IDEA OF HOW ORDINARY THAT DAY WAS, RIGHT? THE, THE, THE, THE STORY OF THE RESURRECTION IS NOT ONE THAT IS, UM, FRAUGHT WITH FIREWORKS OR POMP AND CIRCUMSTANCE.

IF ANYTHING, THAT DAY BEGAN, JUST LIKE ANY OTHER, THE SUN ROSE PEOPLE WOKE, NONE THE WISER.

THIS JUST SEEMED LIKE THAT LIFE AND THE WORLD WAS CONTINUING TO SPIN, UH, LIKE IT HAD ALWAYS HAD.

BUT FOR THOSE WHO HAD EYES TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON, EYES TO SEE AND SEIZE THE POTENTIAL OF THAT DAY, EVERYTHING WAS DIFFERENT.

AND SO I OFFER THAT TO, AS AN ENCOURAGEMENT TO US AS WE COME INTO THIS SPACE.

HOW MANY, UH, COUNCIL MEETINGS HAVE WE COME TO THAT ARE JUST, IT SEEMS LIKE WE'RE CAUGHT UP IN THE, THIS, THE, THE EVERYDAYNESS OF THE ORDINARINESS OF OUR, UH, LIFE TOGETHER, OF OUR COMMUNITY, UH, TOGETHER.

YET WE HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TODAY TO SEIZE THE POTENTIAL, TO SEE, UH, THE WAY THAT PEOPLE ARE CONNECTING AND GROWING, UH, IN OUR COMMUNITY.

AND TO, TO, TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

TO TAKE A STEP, UH, AND TO HELP PEOPLE FLOURISH, UH, IN THE SPACE THAT WE HAVE.

WE STILL HAVE HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUES.

WE STILL HAVE TRAFFIC ISSUES.

WE STILL HAVE POLICE AND FIRE STAFFING AT PRE 2020 CENSUS LEVELS.

WE, UM, STILL HAVE WATER DISTRIBUTION PROBLEMS. I UNDERSTAND YOU'RE WORKING ON THAT.

THAT'S TO BE COMMENDED, BUT WE ARE NOT AT, UH, ON TOP OF IT.

SO, UM, OUR WASTE WATER TREATMENT FACILITY IS STILL ON AN E P A WATCH LIST AND WORKING AT, I BELIEVE THEY SAID 97 TO 98% CAPACITY.

WE ARE ALREADY ON THE HOOK FOR A THOUSAND NEW HOUSEHOLDS.

THAT'S WHAT, 2000 NEW COMMODES, UH, CONSERVATIVELY.

SO, UM, I'M NOT SURE HOW MUCH MORE THAT SYSTEM CAN HANDLE, AND I DON'T THINK ANY OF YOU WANT TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A CATASTROPHIC EVENT THAT FORCES YOU TO STOP, UM, STOP DEVELOPMENT AND WORK ON THAT.

WE HAVE LADALE SCHOOL UP THERE.

WHY IS IT EMPTY NOW? BECAUSE CHURCH BOUGHT IT.

THEY WALKED AWAY AND IT'S A TOTAL MESS.

IT GOT, FINALLY GOT BOARDED UP SECURED THIS WEEK.

AND THAT'S, UH, WHY'D THAT HAPPEN? WELL, YOU KNOW, I GOT REASONS TO SAY WHY IT HAPPENED.

YOU KNOW, CITY, CITY MANAGER WE HAD HERE BEFORE AND THE ATTORNEY HERE, WELL, THEY'RE NO LONGER THE CITY.

YOU KNOW, YOU BOUGHT THEM OUT FOR WHAT REASONS? I DON'T KNOW.

BUT THE CITIZEN IS THE NEEDS TO, TO KNOW IT, YOU KNOW? BUT WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING, YOU KNOW, GOT THE BIG DEVELOPMENT GOING UP ON MARION, ME SHOPPING CENTER AND I JUST HEARD SOMEBODY TRY TO RENT A SPOT UP THERE.

HE CAN'T RENT IT BECAUSE HE SAID SOMETHING'S HAPPENING ABOUT THE BUILDINGS.

YOU'RE GONNA TEAR THE WHOLE THING DOWN.

NOW, I DON'T KNOW IF THAT'S TRUE OR NOT, BUT YOU KNOW, IT DEVELOPMENT AND THE SENIOR CITIZEN CENTER, WHAT WE DOING WITH THAT? NOTHING.

ARE WE WAITING ON THE DEVELOPER, COME IN, DEVELOP THAT WHOLE AREA FOR DO ANYTHING? YOU KNOW, THE LIBRARY CAME IN, PUT THEIR BUILDING UP, BUT NO, THE MESS AROUND AND DO NOTHING.

SO, I MEAN, WHAT'S GOING ON FOLKS? DIRTY CITY AND YOU TRASH PEOPLE.

NOT EXACTLY SURE WHERE I LEFT OFF, BUT IT SURPRISES ME, IT DISAPPOINTS ME THAT THE LEADERS OF THIS COMMUNITY, GIVEN THEIR HISTORY OF FIGHTING FOR THEIR INDEPENDENCE AND THEIR RIGHT TO GOVERN, WOULD EVEN ENTERTAIN A ANNEXATION REQUEST.

THIS COMMUNITY FOUGHT FOR THEIR INDEPENDENCE.

THIS COMMUNITY FOUGHT FOR THEIR RIGHT TO SELF-GOVERN THIS COMMUNITY FOUGHT FOR ITS BORDERLINES.

THIS COMMUNITY FOUGHT FOR THE RIGHT TO PLAN AND GROW WITH YOUR LOCAL CITIZENS IN MIND, YOUR COMMUNITY THAT WORKED AND PLANNED TO KEEP YOUR CITIZENS SAFE, OFFER THEM PUBLIC SERVICES, EDUCATION, FIRE AND POLICE PROTECTION ALL THE TIME WITH THEIR ETHIC AND MORAL CONCERNS IN MIND.

THIS COMMUNITY THROUGH THIS OFFICE HAS MADE DECISIONS OVER THE YEARS ON WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESSES WERE APPROPRIATE FOR THE WELLBEING OF THE CITIZENS, AS WELL AS WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESSES THAT MIGHT BE LEGAL ACCORDING TO THE STATE, BUT NOT APPROPRIATE FOR THE WELLBEING OF THE CITIZENS.

LIKE ALCOHOL ESTABLISHMENTS WITH HISTORY OF TROUBLE, GENTLEMEN'S CLUBS, MARIJUANA DISPENSARIES, AND GAMBLING FACILITIES.

THESE ARE EXACTLY THE SAME DECISIONS THAT THE MIAMI COUNTY BETHEL TOWNSHIP CITIZENS HAVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE ACCORDING TO OUR PERSONAL LIFESTYLES, BELIEFS AND PLANS.

JUST BECAUSE OUR VIEW OF DEVELOPMENT DOES NOT ALIGN EXACTLY WHAT THOSE OF THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT MAKE US WRONG, THERE SHOULD BE A BALANCE PROVIDING THOSE WHO WANT A CITY LIFESTYLE AND THOSE WHO WANT A RURAL LIFESTYLE.

YOU'LL SOON VOTE TO ACCEPT OR REACH OUT THE ANNEXATION REQUEST.

HOW DOES IT FEEL? THIS IS THE SAME BASIC SITUATION THAT WAYNE TOWNSHIP FACED SOME 40 YEARS AGO.

I AM SURE YOUR PAST LEADERS LOOKED AT THE CITY OF DAYTON AS A SCHOOLYARD BULLY, TELLING THEM, JUST LEAVE US ALONE.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR CITY AND LET US TAKE CARE OF OURS.

NOW, BY LAW THAT WAS INITIALLY ENACTED WITH GOOD INTENTIONS TO PROVIDE GOOD AND WELCOMED RESULTS FOR THE COMMUNITIES INVOLVED, IT IS NOW BEING EXPLOITED AND ABUSED BY THOSE WILLING TO DO ANYTHING FOR FINANCIAL GAIN, EVEN THOUGH IT MIGHT GO AGAINST THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.

WE IN MIAMI COUNTY, BETHEL TOWNSHIP HAVE NO LEGAL FOOTING.

ALL WE CAN DO IS ASK FOR YOUR NO VOTE.

OR IF YOU VOTE YES THAT YOUR COMMUNITY SEES A NEGATIVE IMPACT AND GOES FORWARD WITH A REFERENDUM, PLEASE VOTE NO.

YOU ARE NOT OBLIGATED BY PAST ACTIONS.

BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR AND VOTE NO.

I WOULD LIKE TO REPLY TO TWOS LAST WEEK.

ONE, WE ARE NOT TAKING ANYTHING.

THE OWNERS OF THE PROPERTY IN QUESTION WOULD LIKE TO DEVELOP THEIR PROPERTY DIFFERENTLY THAN THE BETHEL TOWNSHIP ZONING ALLOWS.

YOU ARE FACILITATING THE LOSS OF OUR TOWNSHIP AND COUNTY'S ABILITY TO GOVERN, MAKE DECISIONS ACCORDING TO OUR LIFESTYLE AND VALUES, AND TRULY PAY A BURDEN ON OUR LOCAL SCHOOLS.

TWO, THE PROPERTY OWNERS SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO WITH THEIR PROPERTY WHAT THEY WANT.

IT'S THEIR RIGHT.

THAT STATEMENT IS VERY NOBLE AND RIGHTEOUS STATEMENT, BUT WE ALL KNOW THAT IT IS NOT TRUE.

ALL PROPERTY PRIVATELY OWNED ALWAYS COMES UNDER CONTROL OF A GOVERNMENT ENTITY.

FEDERAL, STATE, COUNTY, CITY, TOWNSHIP.

THERE'S ALWAYS RESTRICTIONS, GUIDELINES, HEALTH ORDINANCES, PLANNING AND ZONING ISSUES, BUILDING PERMITS, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING CODES.

SOME GOVERNING BODIES EVEN GO AS FAR TO ESTABLISH WHAT COLOR YOU CAN PAINT YOUR HOUSE.

THOSE CODES AND ORDINANCE ARE PUT INTO PLACE TO PROTECT THE INDIVIDUAL PROPERTY OWNER OWNER, BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY TO PROTECT THE COMMUNITY AND NEIGHBORS.

SO THE DECISION AND ACTION OF THIS INDIVIDUAL DOES NOT NEGATIVELY AFFECT THE COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE.

THE STATEMENT, THE PROPERTY OWNER SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO WHAT HE WANTS WITH HIS PROPERTY AS AN INVERSE.

A PROPERTY OWNER SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO SOMETHING THEY DO NOT WANT TO DO WITH THEIR PROPERTY.

OVER THE YEARS, MANY PROPERTY OWNERS WERE FORCED TO SELL THEIR TIES BECAUSE OF PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT LIKE HIGHWAYS, HOSPITAL SCHOOLS, ET CETERA.

I'M SURE MANY OF THOSE PROPERTY OWNERS FOR MULTIPLE OR MULTITUDE OF PERSONAL REASONS WERE NOT INTERESTED IN SELLING, BUT HAD NO CHOICE.

SO THE PROPERTY OWNER'S INDIVIDUAL PLANS WERE PRIORITIZED TO TAKE A BACKSEAT TO THE OVERALL BETTERMENT OF THE COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE.

ANOTHER EXAMPLE IS OF THE COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE, TAKES PRECEDENT OVER THE INDIVIDUAL, IS OUR ELECTION PROCESS.

JUST CUZ I VOTED FOR CANDIDATE WHO I CONSIDER THE PERSON BEST FOR THE OFFICE.

THAT'S MY INDIVIDUAL OPINION, BUT THE MAJORITY OF THE VOTE RULE, THE MAJORITY VOTE RULES OUT IN THE END.

SO AGAIN, OUR COMMUNITY REPRESENTED BY COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, THE BETH OF TOWNSHIP, TRUSTEES AND VARIOUS INDIVIDUALS HAVE ALL ESTABLISHED THAT WE AS A COMMUNITY DO NOT WANT THIS

I JUST WANTED TO EMPHASIZE AGAIN AND REITERATE, AND I'VE BEEN WATCHING, I'M STILL NOT SEEING ANY CLARITY IN ALL OF THE DISCUSSIONS AND QUESTIONS AND CONFUSIONS THAT WE'VE HAD COVERING THAT PARTICULAR TOPIC.

AS MANY OF YOU SAW HOPE AND HOPEFULLY YOU READ, I HAD A MAGNITUDE OF EMAILS IN THAT I INCLUDED EVERYBODY ON.

AND IF ANY OF YOU COULD GIVE ME A TRUE CLEAR ANSWER FROM THE ANSWERS THAT I RECEIVED, I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR 'EM.

BECAUSE I HEAR AT ONE POINT WE'RE GETTING, I HEAR AT ONE POINT WE HOPE TO GET AT ANOTHER POINT WE MIGHT GET.

WE JUST CAN'T GET ANY CLARITY IN WITH THE SEVERITY OF THE WATER MAIN.

AND THEN ANOTHER ONE IS WHEN THE CONTRACTOR WAS IN DOING A PIPE REPLACEMENT.

MY CONCERN THAT I HAD POSTED OUT WAS, RESIDENTS NEED TO WATCH WHAT'S HAPPENING TO THEIR WATER PRESSURE AND THEIR WATER FLOW.

AND MR. BERGMAN'S RESPONSE TO ME AT ONE POINT, HE SAID THAT WHEN VIOLA WAS OUT MAKING THE REPAIR, THEY SAW THAT THEY CRIMPED THE LINE AND FIXED IT, BUT YET THE RESIDENT CALLED THE NEXT MORNING AND SAID, I DON'T HAVE WATER.

THEY HAD TO COME OUT AND, AND REDIG AND THEN TRENCH ALL THE WAY ACROSS THE STREET TO FIX IT.

WELL, IF VIOLA HAD FIXED IT AT THE TIME THAT THEY WERE MAKING REPAIRS, WHY DID THEY HAVE TO COME BACK OUT AND FIX IT AGAIN? SO AGAIN, THAT'S WHERE I'M EMPHASIZING CLARITY.

THE LAST THING IS I JUST WANTED TO READ AN ITEM, UM, AND THIS IS REGARDING RESIDENTS WHOM HAVE SPOKEN OUT AND CONTINUE TO SPEAK OUT AGAINST THE ANNEXATION.

NOW WE HAVE ANOTHER DEVELOPER HERE TONIGHT IS WANTING YOU TO SAY YES TO THEIR PROPOSAL.

AND THEN TOMORROW AT THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING, WE ARE HEARING ABOUT ANOTHER 300 APARTMENTS, ADDITIONAL APARTMENTS IN ADDITION TO THE 532 AT HORIZON.

THEN A FEW MONTHS LATER, HORIZON LINE IN THE SAME LOCATION COMES BACK WITH 532 APARTMENTS AND THEY GET APPROVED.

IT'S LIKE, WHY WAS 197 TURNED DOWN, BUT YET 532 NOW GET ACCEPTED.

AGAIN, I, I CORRELATE THIS BACK TO MARY MEADOWS, OF WHICH WAS ORIGINALLY SUPPOSED TO BE OUR ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT, BUT IS NOW GOING TO BE 325 APARTMENTS AND A CITY HALL AND A SENIOR CENTER HERE.

I WOULD PREFER TO SEE WHAT ACTUAL COSTS ARE AND THEN LET'S DECIDE IF WE WANT TO DO IT OR NOT.

THE OTHER THING THAT BOTHERS ME THOUGH IS THAT BACK IN, IT WAS BETWEEN APRIL AND JUNE OF 2021, WHEN FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF DIAL PARK WAS PRESENTED, IT WAS ACTUALLY VOTED DOWN.

AND THE COMMENT AT WHEN IT WAS VOTED DOWN WAS THAT IT WAS BEING, UM, PUT THE REST PERMANENTLY SOMEHOW, SOME WAY IT WAS GIVEN C P R AND PUT ON LIFE SUPPORT THAT IN 2022 PARKS AND, UH, RECREATION CAME OUT WITH THIS SURVEY OR A POLL.

IN THAT PRESENTATION, THEY HAD MENTIONED PERCENTAGES OF PEOPLE THAT WERE WANTING WHAT PARTICULAR ITEMS. WHAT I DIDN'T HEAR WAS WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE PEOPLE THAT TOOK THE POLL, WHAT WAS THE PERCENTAGE OF THE PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY LIVED ADJACENT TO, OR AN IMMEDIATE VICINITY OF THE PARK VERSUS WHAT RESIDENTS OR WHAT PERCENTAGE OF RESIDENTS ACTUALLY LIVED IN OTHER WARDS DURING THE TIME.

EXCUSE ME.

WHEN THIS WAS VOTED DOWN IN 2021, YOU HAD PETITIONS PRESENTED TO YOU AND YOU HAD SEVERAL RESIDENTS THAT CAME AND SAID, WHY CAN'T WE JUST LET IT BE? AND THAT'S THE QUESTION NOW IS WE'VE GOT A GREEN AREA THAT'S UNDISTURBED.

UNDEVELOPED, WHY CAN'T WE JUST LET IT GO FOR RIGHT NOW? BUT THE LAST THOUGHT THAT I THINK THAT NEEDS TO BE GIVEN IS WITH A LEVEE THAT WAS JUST BROUGHT UP, THAT'S GONNA BE COMING UP FOR A VOTE.

UH, COMMISSION MEMBERS FELT THAT THE REPAIR FACILITY WAS APPROPRIATE, BUT NOT JUST A, UH, SIMPLE, UH, TRAILER DROP LOT.

UH, AND SO THEN THE, THERE WAS ALSO CONSIDERABLE DISCUSSION RELATED TO THE BUILDING DESIGN, UH, THE FENESTRATION AS WELL AS THE, THE CLADDING MATERIAL.

SO PLANNING COMMISSION VOTED THREE TO OH, TO RECOMMEND, UH, APPROVAL OF THE REZONING AND THE BASIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN WITH, UM, THESE CONDITIONS.

UH, STAFF HAD CONVERSATIONS WITH THE DEVELOPER, RHM, UH, AND RHM, UH, EMPHASIZED THAT THEIR DESIRE WAS TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THIS PROJECT AND THAT THEY WERE COMMITTED, UH, TO SEE THIS PROJECT MOVE FORWARD.

I, I WOULD LIKE TO ADDRESS, UH, COUNSEL AND, AND ANYONE LISTENING.

YOU KNOW, THERE ARE, OVER THE PAST YEAR AND A HALF, MAYBE EVEN, WELL, I GUESS PROBABLY ABOUT A YEAR AND A HALF, UH, A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE SEEN THIS COUNCIL, UM, AT ODDS WITH ONE ANOTHER, UH, HAVE, HAVE SEEN, UM, WE'LL JUST CALL IT DIFFERENT STRATEGIES USED.

UM, AND I THINK THAT'S, UH, AS SOME OF THE COMMUNITY MEMBERS HAVE SEEN THAT HAS, HAS UPSET A LOT OF PEOPLE, UH, I THINK IT'S PROBABLY UPSET SOME PEOPLE ON COUNCIL, UH, THEMSELVES, UH, AND ALLUDED TO THIS AT THE LAST MEETING, YOU KNOW, I THINK THERE ARE, UH, I'VE ALWAYS BELIEVED, AND IF I DIDN'T BELIEVE IT, I MEAN, IT'D BE REALLY, REALLY HARD TO DO THIS JOB THAT THIS COUNCIL, UH, HAS THE GOAL OF MOVING LEGISLATION FORWARD.

THIS COUNCIL ACTUALLY HAS THE GOAL OF ACCOMPLISHING THINGS FOR THE PEOPLE OF THIS CITY.

UH, IF I DIDN'T THINK THAT WAS THE ULTIMATE GOAL, THERE MIGHT BE DISAGREEMENTS ON HOW WE GET THERE, BUT IF I DIDN'T THINK THAT WAS THE GOAL OF THIS COUNCIL, UH, I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO SIT HERE, UM, FOR THE LENGTH OF TIME NOW GOING ON SIX YEARS THAT I HAVE.

AND I THINK WITH, WHEN WE REACH A POINT IN TIME WHERE THROUGH DISCUSSION AND, UH, AND TALKING ABOUT THE DIFFERENT ITEMS AND THINGS THAT THIS COUNCIL WANTS TO GET DONE, I THINK THE EFFORTS OF COUNCIL AND THEIR DISCUSSIONS MAKE LEGISLATION BETTER.

AND I THINK THAT'S THE GOAL OF WHAT THIS COUNCIL IS.

I THINK IT'S, I THINK IT'S WHAT WE'VE SEEN, AND I I THINK IT JUST,

IT HAS TO BE NOTED AND, AND PUBLICLY NOTED THAT, YOU KNOW, I WOULD LIKE TO THANK MRS. KITCHEN AND MR. SHAW AND MR. CAMPBELL FOR WORKING VERY HARD, UH, ON ADVANCING THE LEGISLATION THAT WE'VE SEEN THIS EVENING, UH, THAT WE'VE, WE'VE SEEN APPROVED.

I THINK WE HAVE HAVE REALLY SHOWN THAT IT IS POSSIBLE WHERE DISAGREEMENTS LIE, THAT THIS COUNCIL CAN COME TOGETHER AND FOR THE GOOD OF THE COMMUNITY ADVANCE AND MAKE LEGISLATION BETTER FOR ALL 44,000 RESIDENTS.

AND I WOULD BE REMISS IF I DIDN'T STATE THAT PUBLICLY, MY APPRECIATION FOR THE WORK THAT'S BEEN DONE, UH, TO BRING THESE ITEMS TOGETHER WHERE, UH, A MAJORITY OF COUNCIL FEELS GOOD ENOUGH TO MOVE THESE ITEMS FORWARD.

SO, UH, THOSE WOULD BE MY COMMENTS ABOUT THAT.

UM, FIRST TIER IS GONNA BE HAVING A, UM, STRATEGIC PLAN.

SO IF THERE'S ANYTHING THAT COUNCIL WOULD LIKE TO, YOU KNOW, COULD BENEFIT FROM THROUGH FIRST TIER, BRINGING IN SPEAKERS AND STUFF, ANY COUNCIL CAN ATTEND FIRST TIER, BUT IF YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS OF ANY GOALS OR WHATEVER THAT YOU THINK WOULD BE GOOD FOR ALL THE, UM, COMMUNITIES OUTSIDE OF DAYTON, UM, PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE RETREAT'S THE LAST WEEK OF APRIL AND I CAN TAKE ANY INFORMATION BACK THEN.
