IN THIS CASE, A DISCARDED SOFA CITY CODE READS AS FOLLOWS ALL YARDS COURTS, OR LOTS OF SHALL BE KEPT FREELAND, SIGHTLY MATERIALS, NOT APPROPRIATE TO THE AREA AND DEBRIS, WHICH MAY CAUSE A FIRE HAZARD AND ACT AS A BREEDING PLACE FOR VERMIN OR INSECTS.

THE IMPRESSION I WAS PUT UNDER WAS THEY ARE, UM, WE'LL BE MOVING OUT OF THE PROPERTY FORTHWITH.

I EXPLAINED TO THEM THAT IF THEY SIMPLY SEALED THE SILVA, WHICH IS STILL UNDER THE CAR, 40 OF THOSE FAIR, HARD TO SEE AND PLACED IT AT THE CURB THAT THEIR TRASH HOLLER WOULD REMOVE IT.

I SAID, IF YOU PUT IT AT THE CURB AND YOUR TRASH HAUL REMOVES WHAT? BEFORE THE CITY CONTRACTOR COMES BY NO HARM, NO FOUL.

OTHERWISE WE'LL REMOVE IT.

YOUR PLACEMENT OF DETACHED SOVEREIGNS CITY CODE READS AS FOLLOWS.

THE EXTERIOR OF A STRUCTURE SHALL BE MAINTAINED IN GOOD REPAIR, STRUCTURALLY SOUND AND SANITARY.
