THE SURROUNDING USES AT THIS AREA ARE SOLELY RESIDENTIAL ON NORTH SIDE OF TAYLORSVILLE.

SO THIS USE FITS TO REMAIN AS BEING USED FOR RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES.

THE SIZE OF THE LOT ALSO DOES NOT MAKE FOR A HIGH POTENTIAL OF FINDING THE PROPER USER FOR A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL USE.

THE PROPERTY ALREADY HAS A RESIDENTIAL USE AND STRUCTURES CONSTRUCTED.
