[ AGENDA PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD City Hall - Council Chambers 6131 Taylorsville Road April 15, 2021 6:30 P.M.]

[00:00:04]

GOOD EVENING EVERYONE.

IT IS SIX 30.

WE'LL GO AHEAD AND GET THE MEETING STARTED.

ROLL CALL VINCENT KING HERE.

BRIAN DADDY HERE, ALEX BLACK CHRISTOPHER HALL HERE.

WHITE KIRSTEIN HERE WHEN PUTTING HER HERE, DENNIS SNYDER HERE, RON I FOR HERE.

OKAY.

SO, UM, SO THAT WAY YOU ALL ARE ALL AWARE.

CHRIS GOLDEN KNOB IS, UM, HAS RESIGNED FROM THE BOARD.

UM, SO WE WILL BE HAVING ANOTHER POSITION OPENING FAIRLY SOON.

UM, AND THEN WE'RE ALSO WAITING ON ALEX THAT HE WILL BE HERE TODAY.

SO, NOPE, MAYBE NOT.

SORRY.

OKAY.

SO WE'LL GO AHEAD AND GET STARTED.

UH, WE'LL MOVE.

I HAVE NO OPENING COMMENTS TODAY, SO WE'LL GO AHEAD AND MOVE ONTO CITIZEN COMMENTS, ANY CITY CITIZEN COMMENTS TODAY.

GREAT JOB.

AWESOME.

ALL RIGHT, WE'LL GO AHEAD AND MOVE ON TO OLD BUSINESS.

SO BLAKE IS HERE TODAY, SO WE'RE GOING TO START WITH SWEARING IN A BLAKE PRISTINE, LIKE I HAVE YOU STAND UP AND RAISE YOUR RIGHT HAND AND REPEAT AFTER ME.

I WAS BEGINNING TO SUPPORT THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION, THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF OHIO, THE CHARTER ALL ORDINANCES ON THE CITY OF HUBER HEIGHTS AND THEN ON WHAT THEY BELIEVE HONESTLY, AND IMPARTIALLY JUST STARTS THE DUTIES OF MY OFFICE TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITIES.

SO HELP ME GOD.

ALL RIGHT, CONGRATULATIONS.

THANK YOU.

SHAKE YOUR HAND.

ALL RIGHT.

SO OFFICIALLY BLAKE CHRISTINE IS, IS ON THE BOARD.

HE HAS SIGNED THIS PAPERWORK NOW.

NOW I'M GONNA GO AHEAD AND MOVE ON TO NUMBER TWO PARTS MANAGER UPDATE.

HOW IS EVERYBODY READY? ALL RIGHT.

DO YOU WANT ME TO GO THROUGH ALL OF THIS UNDER HERE, VINCE? UH, YES, PLEASE.

ALL RIGHT.

UH, WE'LL START WITH THE SUMMER MUSIC SERIES, EVERYBODY.

UH, THAT'S THEIR PRESENT SHOULD HAVE A COPY OF THAT.

UM, THE CHRIS IS, I CAN GET YOU GUYS A DIGITAL COPY IT'S ON FACEBOOK AND THE WEBSITE.

UM, BUT, UH, WE CAN GET THOSE TO YOU AS WELL.

SO OUR SUMMER MUSIC SERIES IS ALL BOOKED OUT AND SCHEDULED FOR THE YEAR.

UH, WE'RE DOING 12 CONCERTS THIS YEAR.

LAST YEAR WE DID NINE, UH, 10 SCHEDULED CANCELED ONE.

SO, UH, STEPPING IT UP A LITTLE BIT THIS YEAR.

UM, A LOT OF VARIETY.

WE'RE DOING EVERYTHING ON FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS.

WE LEARNED LAST YEAR THAT SUNDAY AFTERNOONS WERE JUST NOT A GOOD, UH, FORMAT.

SO, UM, ALL OF THE BANDS THAT ARE THEY'RE ALL FROM THE LOCAL AREA, UM, GUYS CAN, UH, LOOK THEM UP IF YOU WANT TO GET A LESSON BEFOREHAND, SEVEN OF THE 12 OF THEM PERFORMED LAST YEAR AT THE LEVITT, UH, WHEN THEY DID THEIR ONLINE CONCERT SERIES.

UM, SO GOOD, UH, A GOOD QUALITY GROUP.

AND THEN ALSO YOU SHOULD HAVE THE MOVIE FLYER THERE IN FRONT OF YOU AS WELL.

UM, WE'RE GOING TO KICK OFF THE SEASON WITH A, UM, KARATE KID AS A DRIVE IN AT CLOUD PARK.

UH, WE'RE STILL COLLECTING, UM, NOT BEING, WE'RE STILL GETTING FOOD TRUCKS FOR THOSE EVENTS.

UH, WE'VE GOT A COUPLE OF THEM BOOKED UP, UH, STILL FINISHING OUT.

AND ONCE WE HAVE THOSE SCHEDULED, THEN WE'LL MAKE INDIVIDUAL FLYERS FOR EACH EVENT.

THAT'LL HAVE THE FOOD TRUCKS LISTED AS WELL, AND WE'LL DISPERSE THOSE TO THE BOARD SO THAT YOU GUYS CAN GET THOSE OUT AND ADVERTISE THEM.

UM, NEXT TOPIC IS THE GRANT FOR DIAL PARK UPDATE.

UM, THEY DID MAKE DECISIONS, UH, PROBABLY A WEEK AND A HALF, TWO WEEKS AGO.

UH, WE GOT THE LETTER AND WE DID NOT RECEIVE A GRANT FUNDING FOR DIAL PARK.

UM, I DID EMAIL THEM BACK TODAY AND REQUEST THAT THEY KEEP OUR APPLICATION IN THE QUEUE, UM, AS IT WILL GO TOWARDS THE NEXT GRANT CYCLE, WHICH IS IN THE, UH, I BELIEVE IN THE FALL LATE SUMMER.

SO WE'RE, UH, WE JUST TURNED THAT APPLICATION BACK IN AND WE'LL, WE'LL TRY AGAIN AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS THIS NEXT ROUND, UH, ITEM FOUR ON THERE IS THE SKATE PARK AT MANITA FIELDS.

UM, YOU KNOW, PER COUNCIL REQUEST, I STARTED COLLECTING SOME INFORMATION ABOUT THE SKATE PARKS, SPOKE TO THE GENTLEMAN IN THE COMMUNITY

[00:05:01]

WHO WAS A PROFESSIONAL SKATER ABOUT, YOU KNOW, WHAT SOME NEEDS AND SOME IDEAS WOULD BE FOR UP THERE, UH, STARTING TO COLLECT QUOTES FOR THE EQUIPMENT AND, UH, LAYOUTS AND SUCH.

BUT, UH, AS WE'RE COLLECTING THAT, WE ALSO ARE GOING TO HAVE TO GET QUOTES FOR PARKING LOT, UH, FOR THE ROAD GOING IN AND FOR OTHER AREAS OF THE PROPERTY THAT WILL NEED A REDONE AS WELL.

UM, SO AS WE START TO KIND OF DEVELOP ALL THAT, I'LL SHARE MORE WITH YOU THERE.

AND THEN FINALLY, UH, FARMER'S MARKET STARTS IN TWO WEEKS, TWO AND A HALF WEEKS.

UM, WE ENDED LAST SEASON WITH 20 VENDORS.

UH, THIS YEAR WE'RE GOING TO BE STARTING THE SEASON WITH 35 VENDORS.

UM, ONLY EIGHT OF THOSE VENDORS ARE WHAT WE CALL OUR DAILY VENDORS.

THEY'RE ONLY THERE OCCASIONALLY.

SO THAT'S 27 VENDORS THAT ARE FULL TIME FULL SEASON.

WE'LL BE THERE EVERY WEEK.

SO, UH, WE'RE STARTING LARGER THAN WE ENDED LAST YEAR.

UH, WE WILL BE EXPANDING INTO THE GRASS, UH, BEHIND OR WELL BEHIND THE SEATING FOR THE AMPHITHEATER.

SO FACING THE AMPHITHEATER.

UM, SARAH AND I BEGAN WORKING ON LAYOUT OF THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY TO DO THAT AND STILL SPACE PEOPLE OUT RIGHT NOW.

YOU KNOW, WE'RE STILL GOING TO START THE MARKET SPLIT IN HALF.

UM, YOU KNOW, KEEPING THINGS ONE WAY TRAFFIC UNTIL, UH, RESTRICTIONS ARE LIFTED, BUT, UH, WE'VE GOT A WIDE VARIETY OF SOME GREAT VENDORS COMING.

UM, LOTS OF LOTS MORE FOOD IN THIS YEAR.

AND, UH, WE ARE ALSO, UM, OUR MARKET MANAGER, LAURIE HARTMAN IS ALSO GOING TO BE ORGANIZING IN MAINE AND MANAGING OUR SNAP PROGRAM FOR US.

SO WE WILL BE ABLE TO ACCEPT EBT BENEFITS AT THE MARKET.

PEOPLE CAN COME SWIPE THEIR CARD, WE WILL GIVE THEM, UH, YOU KNOW, IF THEY SWIPE IT FOR $20, WE'LL GIVE THEM 20 TOKENS.

THEY THEN GIVE THOSE TOKENS TO THE VENDOR.

THE VENDOR TURNS THE TOKENS BACK IN AND GETS REIMBURSED.

UM, SO THAT WAY IT OPENS THE MARKET UP FOR MORE PEOPLE, UM, WHO MAY NOT HAVE NECESSARILY ACCESS TO SOME OF THE FRESH PRODUCE AND THINGS LIKE THAT.

UM, IT JUST MAKES OUR MARKET MORE VIABLE FOR THE COMMUNITY, UH, AND JUST, YOU KNOW, MAKES IT AGAIN BETTER FOR EVERYONE.

SO WE'RE LOOKING FORWARD TO THAT.

I KNOW VINCE IS GENERALLY THERE EVERY WEEK.

UM, WE'RE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR SOME HELP AND SOME VOLUNTEERS, SO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO, TO BE THERE, WE'RE THERE FROM 10 TO TWO EVERY SATURDAY.

ANY QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS? OKAY.

JOSH PAUL, THE QUESTION.

OH, SORRY, MR. SHARP AHEAD.

OKAY.

UM, ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON THE TYPE OF, UM, UH, VENDORS THAT WE CAN HAVE? WELL, NOT NECESSARILY VENDORS.

CAN ANYONE COME AND REGISTER FOR A BOOTH EVEN FOR LIKE CAMPAIGNS AND ALL OF THAT AS WELL? OR WE DECIDED, WAS THAT A NO-GO? UM, I'M TRYING TO REMEMBER.

I THINK THE DISCUSSION WAS HAD ABOUT THAT AND THE ANSWER WAS NO, THAT YOU CAN'T HAVE ANY CAMPAIGNING AT THE FARMER'S MARKET.

OKAY.

UM, YEAH, BECAUSE WE DO HAVE, I MEAN, THERE ARE SOME RESTRICTIONS ON BOOTH AND RENTAL AND THINGS LIKE THAT.

SO I THINK, I THINK THAT WAS ONE OF THEM AS WELL.

OKAY.

UM, SO WE'VE MENTIONED, UH, VOLUNTEERISM.

UM, SO ANYONE I'M DEFINITELY INTERESTED IN DOING THAT, UM, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO IT.

IT'S UM, I HAD A GREAT TIME LAST YEAR.

UM, EVEN THOUGH WE WERE WEARING OUR MAST, UM, YOU WEREN'T ABLE TO SEE REPEATING CUSTOMERS.

OKAY.

SO THAT TO ME WAS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS THAT I GOT OUT OF.

IT WAS SEEING PEOPLE COME BACK AND SEEING THAT HOW HAPPY PEOPLE WERE THAT WE ACTUALLY HAD A FARMER'S MARKET IN THE CITY THAT BIG, THAT FREQUENT.

UM, AND I MEAN, THERE WERE PEOPLE EVEN AT, TOWARDS THE END OF THE FARMER'S MARKET WHO SAYS, I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THIS WAS HERE.

SO IF YOU'RE WALKING AROUND, UM, IT MAKES SURE YOU TALK ABOUT IT, MAKING SURE PEOPLE KNOW, COME OUT TO THE FARMER'S MARKET, MAY 1ST I'M DROPPING OFF FLYERS AROUND TOWN.

UM, AND SO THAT WAY, YOU KNOW, EVERYONE KNOWS THAT'S A GREAT, IT'S A GREAT EVENT.

UM, GOOD FOOD, ESPECIALLY WITH THE FOOD TRUCKS IN THEIR FRESH VEGETABLES.

BUT, UM, UM, I THINK WE ALL HAD A GREAT TIME LAST YEAR AND WE LEARNED A LOT LAST YEAR AS WELL.

RIGHT.

UH, JOSH, UH, UH, IS, UH, SPORTS ORGANIZATIONS A LOT TO BE THERE TO, UH, YOU KNOW, SO I DON'T GET REGISTRATIONS FOR OTHER LEAGUES.

YES WE ARE.

OR THEY ARE, YEAH.

WE HAD A HUBER HEIGHTS, BASKETBALL, CHRIS HALL, AND HIS GROUP WERE THERE LAST YEAR.

UM, I DON'T KNOW IF ANYBODY VINCE, DO YOU REMEMBER IF ANY OTHER OF THE LOCAL SPORTS GROUPS CAME OR NOT? UM, SO I THINK THERE WERE, SO THAT WAS BASKETBALL, RIGHT?

[00:10:02]

YEAH.

AS THE BASKETBALL WAS THERE.

I KNOW WE HAVE A WAVE SCOUTS THERE LAST YEAR, SO YEAH.

THERE MAY HAVE BEEN ONE WEEK THE FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE WAS THERE.

UM, BUT I THINK, YEAH, I MEAN, IT'S OPEN IF THEY WANT TO COME BE THERE.

YEAH.

I MEAN, IT'S JUST THE NORMAL, UH, DAILY VENDOR RATE.

UM, YOU KNOW, JUST LET US KNOW WHAT WEEKS AND WE'LL, UH, YOU KNOW, IF THERE'S AN APPLICATION TO FILL OUT, WE'LL GET YOU ON THE SCHEDULE, JOSH, WHAT'S THAT VENDOR ID, YOU KNOW, $10 A WEEK.

ALL RIGHT, THANK YOU.

YEP.

AND JUST A POINT OF REFERENCE, UM, ALL THE FARMER'S MARKETS ARE UP AT IRON BURGER, THEN YES.

THERE'LL BE THREE WEEKENDS THAT WE WILL NOT BE OPERATING.

UH, JUNE 12TH, JULY 3RD AND SEPTEMBER 11TH.

THERE ARE OTHER CITY FUNCTIONS HAPPENING THAT WEEKEND.

UM, UH, TWO OF THEM AT THAT FACILITY, ONE OF THEM IS OBVIOUSLY THE CITY'S 4TH OF JULY FESTIVITIES AND HAVING CITY STAFF KIND OF SPREAD ALL OVER THE PLACE FOR 4TH OF JULY.

IT'S JUST EASIER TO NOT HAVE MARKETS.

OKAY.

ALL RIGHT.

ARE THERE ANY MORE COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS MR. SHAW? THANK YOU.

HEY, JOSH, CAN YOU SPEAK TO, UM, DID THEY GIVE YOU ANY FEEDBACK ABOUT THE, UM, THE GRANT AND WHY IT WAS NOT, UH, WHY WE WERE NOT CHOSEN? UH, THEY DIDN'T GIVE ANY, ANYTHING IN SPECIFICS AND I WAS GOING TO REACH OUT TO, UM, DUJUAN HAMMOND AT AU DNR AND SEE IF THEY HAD ANY KIND OF REASONING.

UM, LET ME PULL THE LETTER UP REAL FAST AND I CAN JUST KIND OF READ IT TO YOU.

UM, BUT IT, IT, I KNOW THEY HAD 30 PLUS, UM, 30 PLUS APPLICATIONS TURNED IN.

LET'S SEE HERE.

YEAH.

SO THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN ODI AND OURS, CLEAN OHIO TRAIL FUND GRANT PROGRAM.

UNFORTUNATELY, THE ABOVE REFERENCE PROPOSAL WAS NOT SELECTED FOR FUNDING THROUGH THIS HIGHLY COMPETITIVE PROGRAM.

WE RECEIVED 30 APPLICATIONS REQUESTING MORE THAN $11.4 MILLION IN FUNDING, ALL WERE THOROUGHLY EVALUATED FROM THIS VERY COMPETITIVE FIELD, 16 WERE SELECTED.

UM, BUT NO FURTHER EXPLANATION WAS GIVEN.

AND LIKE I SAID, I CAN REACH OUT TO THEM AND ASK IF THEY HAVE A, YOU KNOW, A SCORE SHEET OR A RANKING OF WHAT, YOU KNOW, WHAT WERE PEOPLE WERE IN OR NOT.

AND SEE IF WE CAN GIVE MORE OF AN EXPLANATION BECAUSE IT MAY GIVE US INSIGHT TO, YOU KNOW, FOR NEXT ROUND, ADDITIONALLY, AND IF I UNDERSTAND CORRECTLY, THAT IS A TIERED GRANT, UM, PROCESS, UH, THROUGH THE ENTIRE, UM, POT OF MONEY THAT'S, UH, UH, DEVELOPED BY ODI.

AND, OR AM I CORRECT THAT I DON'T, I DON'T KNOW EXACTLY WHAT FUNDS THAT GRANT THAT'S THE CLEANUP IO TRAIL FUND AND THE RECREATIONAL TRAIL PROGRAM.

THEY KIND OF, YOU CAN APPLY FOR EITHER OR, BUT THERE'S SO MUCH OVERLAP THAT A LOT OF TIMES YOU'RE APPLYING FOR BOTH.

SO THIS, THIS WAS NOT THE ODN.

OUR NATURE WORKS GRANT.

NO, NO NATURE WORKS IS IN JULY.

UM, AND, UH, WE'RE LOOKING AT SOME, UH, WE'RE LOOKING AT A PROJECT TO APPLY FOR NATURE WORKS FOR YOU.

AND THIS IS A WHOLE SEPARATE, UH, ONE THAT'S MAINLY JUST FOR BUILDING TRAILS, UH, REHABBING TRAILS.

AND A LOT OF IT KIND OF GOES WITH THE RAILS TO TRAILS AS WELL, WHERE YOU'RE THEY TAKE THE OLD, UH, RAILWAYS AND CONVERT THEM INTO TRAILS.

SO, YEAH, THIS IS SEPARATE FROM NATURE WORKS.

SO ONE, ONE FINAL FEEDBACK IF I MAY.

UM, AND IF THE BOARD WOULD, UH, WOULD REQUEST, I'D BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO DO THIS, UM, DEPENDING ON WHAT THAT FEEDBACK IS, IT WOULD BE ALSO INTERESTING TO SEE HOW MANY OTHER APPLICATIONS WITHIN MONTGOMERY COUNTY, UM, WAS SUBMITTED.

UM, I BELIEVE THOSE ARE A PUBLIC RECORD, UM, WHERE I'M GETTING AT IS FOR THE NEXT ROUND OF APPLICATIONS.

UM, I THINK IT WOULD BE OF INTEREST TO REACH OUT TO OUR, UH, OUR STATE REPRESENTATIVE, PHIL PLUMBER AND OUR STATE SENATOR IN NEVADA AND TAWNY TO GET LETTERS OF SUPPORT TO BOOST OUR, UM, OUR VIABILITY OF, OF THAT GRANT APPLICATION IN THE NEXT GO AROUND.

I APPRECIATE THAT.

YEAH, I'LL, UH, I'LL REACH OUT AND GET THAT INFORMATION AND WE'LL GET IT OVER.

UM, AND, AND SEE, AND THEN TOO, I KNOW GENERALLY AFTER PROBABLY WITHIN A FEW MONTHS OF GRANT SPEAK, DECIDED THEY GENERALLY PUT OUT WHAT COUNTY, ALL THE GRANTS AND STUFF WENT TO AND WHAT THE PROJECTS WERE.

EXCELLENT.

THANK YOU, MR. CHAIR.

UM, I'M NOT SURE WITH THIS ONE.

I THINK IT'S, I THINK IT'S ONCE YEAR, BUT SINCE WE APPLIED FOR THIS BACK IN 2019, SO IT KINDA, IT TOOK THIS LONG BECAUSE OF COVID AND EVERYTHING FOR THEM, FOR THEM TO DECIDE.

SO

[00:15:01]

I THINK THIS ONE IS A ONCE A YEAR, SO OUR NEXT GRANT CYCLE WOULD BE, UM, I THINK LATE SUMMER, EARLY FALL, MY FIRST TIME BUYING YEAH.

FOR THIS GRANT PROGRAM.

UM, SINCE I'VE, YOU KNOW, SINCE I'VE BEEN HERE.

YES.

AND NOW I CAN'T SPEAK TO PRIOR TO 2019 IF WE YOU'VE EVER APPLIED FOR ANYTHING, BUT THIS DOESN'T GENERALLY COVER, UM, JUST REGULAR PLAYGROUND STUFF.

SO UNLESS SOMEBODY APPLIED FOR IT IN THE PAST, YOU KNOW, FOR, FOR THE PAVED PATHS AT THE PARKS AND NO, WE HAVEN'T APPLIED FOR IT BEFORE.

WELL, THE WAY I'M LOOKING AT IT, WE HAD 30 GRANTS AND 15 WERE ACCEPTED.

THAT'S A 50% RATIO.

AND WHEN I WORKED AT METRO PARKS, THAT, WHAT WAS THE WORD? THE WORDING IS THAT COMPETITION WAS TOUGH, BUT ALSO VERY, THERE WAS A LOT OF POTENTIAL TO GET IN THERE.

SO WE NEED TO BE VERY AGGRESSIVE ALL THE TIME FOR THAT BRAND, BECAUSE IT'S GOING TO BE A WE'RE RUNNING.

I EVENTUALLY WENT IN, WENT OUT.

YES.

AND LOOKING AT THAT, THE CLEAN OHIO TRAIL FUND, THERE WERE 30 APPLICATIONS, THERE WERE 25 FOR THE RECREATIONAL TRAILS PROGRAM.

THEY KIND OF GO HAND IN HAND.

UM, AND OUT OF THOSE 25, IT SAYS THAT 11 WERE RECOMMENDED FOR FUNDING FOR 2.7 BILLION.

UM, SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT IF, IF OUT OF THOSE TWO, IF ANY, THERE WAS ANY OVERLAP WITH THE TWO, IF ANY, WERE AWARDED BOTH.

UH, SO I'LL TRY TO FIND OUT THAT INFORMATION AS WELL.

OKAY.

ANY MORE QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS THEN? JUST A FOLLOW-UP.

UM, ACTUALLY JUST, UM, TWO WEEKS AGO, UH, THE ODI AND OUR DID PUT OUT THE 2020 GRANT RECIPIENTS THAT I BELIEVE, UH, WERE REFERENCING.

UM, AND FROM MY INITIAL RESEARCH, THERE WAS NONE, UM, THAT WAS WITHIN MONTGOMERY COUNTY.

UH, THERE WAS ONE WITHIN GREEN COUNTY, UM, BUT I'D BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SEND THIS LIST OUT TO YOU, MR. CHAIRMAN, TO, UH, TO JOSH, UH, FOR DISTRIBUTION AND GREAT.

THANK YOU.

THANK YOU.

ALL RIGHT, GO AHEAD AND MOVE ON TO THE NEXT AGENDA ITEM HERE.

UH, CHRIS, DO YOU HAVE AN UPDATE FOR THE Y YEAH, UH, COST THINGS, UM, SHELTER RENTALS.

AS OF TODAY, WE HAVE 156 PRESERVATION FOR THE SELLER.

UM, WE HAD 270 OVERALL LAST YEAR THROUGH THE PANDEMIC.

UM, SO AS WE GET FURTHER ALONG, UM, I THINK WE'LL SEE MORE AND MORE SHELTERS RENTED, UM, THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, BUT THE BUSINESS HAS DEFINITELY PICKED UP ON OREGON.

UM, SO THAT'S BEEN A VERY GOOD SIGN, UM, FOR USER GROUPS, UH, ON JUST A COUPLE NEW ONES.

UM, WE HAD JIF CITIES, SOCIAL, UM, WHICH WE GOT THEM ALL SQUARED AWAY DOWN AT CLOUD PARK.

UM, AND THEN, UM, WE'VE GOT A SELECT TEAM OUT OF BETHEL, UM, THAT IS COMING DOWN TO PLAY AT CLOUD PARK ONE.

UM, JOSH UPON ME TO GET WITH YOU AND JUST TALK THROUGH THAT.

WE TALKED ABOUT SOME MAINTENANCE ISSUES DOWN THERE.

UM, AND THEN, UM, THERE IS A SELECT BASEBALL GROUP THAT IS EMPLOYMENT MONITA FIELDS.

UM, GOT THEIR APPLICATION LATE LAST WEEK THAT WILL GET IT PROCESSED AND KEEP THEM TAKEN CARE OF, UM, FOR THE KROGER AQUATIC CENTER OF DATE.

UM, WE GOT NEW GUIDELINES FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TODAY, UH, FOR OUTDOOR POOLS.

UM, WE'LL, WE'LL GO THROUGH THOSE, UM, AND SEE HOW THAT IMPACTS OUR OPERATIONS.

UM, HIRING LIFEGUARDS, WHO GATES STAFF WIDE MONITORS CONCESSION STAND.

UM, WE'RE GETTING ALL THAT DONE AS WELL RIGHT NOW.

SO, UM, BYRON, UM, WE'VE GOT ONE BOOK, BODY OF WATER FILLED.

UM, THE BIG THING THAT WE HAD DONE OVER THE WINNERS, WE PULLED ALL THE PUMPS FROM THE POOLS AND THE SLIDES, UM, TO GET THEM OVERHAULED SO THAT WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY BREAKS DURING SUMMER LIMIT THAT, UM, THEY'RE STARTING TO RE-INSTALL THOSE.

UM, WE DID HAVE TO REPLACE A COUPLE OF PUMPS, UM, BUT, UH, THE WORKER WERE APPROVED TO GET WORKED ON, UM, AT THE END OF LAST YEAR.

SO THAT WAS THE BIG, UH, CAPITAL EXPENDITURE FOR THE, UH, OUTDOOR COOL, UM, A COUPLE THINGS FROM ONE STANDPOINT.

UM, WE'VE GOT OVER 540 KIDS PLAYING

[00:20:01]

SPRING SPORTS THIS YEAR, UM, WHICH IS THE MOST THAT WE'VE HAD AS FAR AS I MET.

IT WAS A VERY LONG TIME.

UM, SOCCER IS ABSOLUTELY OUT OF CONTROL, UH, WITH REGISTRATIONS VOLLEYBALL AND FLAGPOLE BALL WE'RE BEHIND.

SO, UM, MR. KING, I HOPE YOU'RE READY FOR SATURDAY MORNING WHEN WE OPEN YOUR LITTLE FARMER'S MARKET, BECAUSE I'M GOING TO HAVE ABOUT 350 PEOPLE, UM, PLAYING SOCCER BEHIND MY BUILDINGS, SO BE PREPARED.

UM, SO HOPEFULLY THAT'LL, THEY'LL ADD SOME ADDED BENEFIT TO THE FARMER'S MARKET, BUT, UM, WHY MEMBERSHIP IS GOING TO COME BACK? UM, WE'RE ENTERING OUR SECOND MONTH OF 24 HOUR OPERATION.

UM, SO SLOWLY BUT SURELY THE Y'S GETTING BACK TO WHERE WE WERE AT.

SO ANY QUESTIONS, CHRIS? YEAH.

UM, IS THE, THE POOL PASSES FOR THE KROGER AQUATIC CENTER OR THERE WAS A SALE? IS THAT STILL GOING ON OR SO IT'S, TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT OFF RIGHT NOW, UM, FOR ANYBODY THAT CAN COME UP TO THE Y AND GET REGISTERED, UM, THAT'LL GO TIL THE MIDDLE OF MAY.

UM, AND THEN I THINK WE GO TO 10% UNTIL WE OPEN.

UM, AND THEN IT'LL BE REGULAR PRICE.

UM, I WOULD LIKE TO EXTEND AN INVITATION TO THE BOARD MEMBERS ON MAY 22ND.

UM, I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY OF YOU HAVE BEEN TO THE AQUATIC CENTER, WHY WE'RE AN OPERATIONS, BUT WE ARE DOING A STUDY, A FEW WERE HEIGHTS EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION DAY AT THE POOL FROM 12.

FOR SOME CITY EMPLOYEES CAN BRING THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS WITH THEM AND ENJOY FOUR HOURS AT THE POOL.

UM, IT'LL GIVE OUR LIFEGUARDS AND OUR STAFF AN OPPORTUNITY TO PRACTICE AND DO A LOT MORE TRAINING.

UM, BUT YOU GUYS ARE, YOU GUYS ARE MORE THAN WELCOME ON BOARD TO COME UP THAT DAY AND CHECK OUT WHAT WE DO.

UM, THE OTHER CHANGE FROM LAST YEAR, UM, BESIDES HOLIDAY WEEKENDS.

SO MEMORIAL DAY, 4TH OF JULY AND LABOR DAY, UM, ALL SUNDAYS WILL BE CITY RESIDENTS AND POOL PASS HOLDERS ONLY FROM OPEN TO CLOSE.

SO REALLY TRYING TO MAKE THE POOL AVAILABLE FOR, UH, THE RESIDENTS OF HUBER HEIGHTS TO COME IN AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT.

UM, MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS WAST WILL BE RESIDENTS AND PASS HOLDERS ONLY.

AND THEN EVERY APP, UH, FROM 12TH, ONE ON TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS, FRIDAYS, AND SATURDAYS ARE ALWAYS, UH, RESIDENTS THAT PASS HOLDERS GET IN FIRST.

SO, UM, THE SUNDAY I THINK WILL BE A NAZI NUTRITION, REALLY HOPING TO HAVE THAT AVAILABLE.

UM, WE'LL MAKE AN IMPACT ON HOW MANY PEOPLE FROM THE CITY ACTUALLY GET TO COME IN AND ENJOY A NICE STATE POOL.

CHRIS, IF WE COULD GO BACK TO THE SHOULDER RENTALS, UM, ARE THE BULK OF THOSE ON FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY, OR THEY'RE VERY MANDY THROUGHOUT THE WEEK? UM, NO, OUR BIGGEST DAYS ARE SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS.

UM, WE DO GET LIKE FAMILY REUNIONS.

LIKE WE HAD A LADY THAT RESERVE FOR THREE DAYS.

SHE DID A FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY FOR A FAMILY REUNION.

I DON'T KNOW WHY FAMILY WANTS TO SEE EACH OTHER THAT LONG, BUT THAT'S WHAT THEY'RE DOING.

UM, THEY MAY NOT BE FAMILY BY SUNDAY.

I DON'T KNOW, BUT, UM, MOST OF OUR SHELTER RENTALS ARE SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS.

UH, WE HAVE HAD A COUPLE THIS KIND OF, UM, HEARTBREAKING.

UM, I HAD A LADY CALLING TO THE WALL I WHOSE 35 YEAR OLD SON PASSED AWAY UNEXPECTEDLY AND THEY'RE HOLDING HIS MEMORIAL SERVICE MORROW AT ONE OF THE SHELTERS AT CLOUD PARK.

UM, THE LADY WAS CRYING ON THE PHONE.

I WAS CRYING, BUT, UM, IT WAS ALL OVER.

SO, UM, AND THEN, UM, WE HAD ANOTHER LADY TODAY THAT ACTUALLY CAME INTO THE, SHE LOST A FAMILY MEMBER COVID JUST THE OTHER DAY.

AND, UM, THEY ARE HAVING A MEMORIAL SERVICE, UM, FROM NINE TO 11 SATURDAY.

AND NORMALLY WHEN YOU RESERVE A SHELTER, UM, YOU GET IT FROM THE WHOLE DAY FOR EIGHT, 8:00 AM TO 8:00 PM.

UM, SO WE CALLED THE LADY THAT ACTUALLY HAD THE SHELTER RENT IT AND SAID, HEY, YOU KNOW, HOW ARE YOU PLANNING ON COMING UP TO SET UP? AND SHE SAID, NOT TILL NOON.

AND WE TOLD HER WHY WE WERE ASKING HER THAT.

AND IT SAID, ABSOLUTELY PLEASED, ALLOW THEM TO COME UP AND USE IT FROM NINE TO 11.

SO A COUPLE OF HEARTBREAKING STORIES THAT, UH, YEAH, MOST OF OUR PENCILS WERE AREAS.

THAT'S RIGHT.

AND THEN HOW MANY OVERALL SHELTERS ARE THERE STRUCTURES YOU DON'T HAVE TO GET TO WHERE I'M GOING WITH THIS COMING FROM A HOTEL BACKGROUND, WE WERE ALWAYS CONCERNED ABOUT OUR OCCUPANCY.

WHAT DID WE, WHAT WAS FOR THE YEAR? WHAT WAS OUR PERCENTAGE INTERESTING TO KNOW THAT FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY TIMES, NUMBER OF SHELTERS, TIMES NUMBER OF RESERVATIONS? WAS THAT AN 80%? WAS IT AT 90%? YEAH.

SO, UM, SHELL GATE, COTTONWOOD,

[00:25:01]

GARY SHERMAN, UM, THEY ALL HAVE ONE, ONE SHELTER, UM, AND, UH, UM, CLOUD PARK HAS STICK JOSH TO GET HIM A LOGON.

I CAN'T, THERE'S, THERE'S 10 TOTAL 10 TOTAL.

UM, AND I DON'T THINK DON'T TAKE RESERVATIONS FOR THE GAZEBO AT COMMUNITY PARK.

SO, UM, BUT ARC IS OUR LARGEST, UM, YOU KNOW, OUR LARGEST ATTENDANCE.

A LOT OF IT HAS TO DO WITH THIS SPLASH PAD IN THE PLAYGROUND, DOWN AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PARK.

UM, THOSE ARE NORMALLY FILL UP FIRST.

YEAH.

I MEAN, CLUB PARK IS RESERVED THE MOST.

OKAY.

THANK YOU.

WELL, ANY MORE QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS WITH CHRIS? OKAY.

WELL, CHRIS, I DO HAVE ONE THAT MAY NEED TO FIELD RESERVATION, WHICH BASEBALL TEAM WAS THAT, UH, IT'S A NEW SELECT TEAM.

I'D HAVE TO LOOK BACK AT THE APPLICATION.

VANCE.

I DON'T HAVE IT HERE AT THE HOUSE WITH ME.

OKAY.

AND THAT'S, THIS IS, I GUESS, SINCE I'VE BEEN ON THE BOARD SYSTEM, THIS IS PROBABLY THE FIRST TIME THAT THAT FIELD HAS BEEN ACTIVE, WILL BE ACTIVELY USED.

UM, I THINK, UH, WHEN, UH, HUBER HEIGHTS LITTLE LEAGUE WAS RUNNING, UM, THEY WOULD RESERVE THEM FOR PRACTICE, BUT THEY MOST, I THINK ALL OF THEIR GAMES DOWN AT CLOUD.

OKAY.

WE DID HAVE THE, UM, THEY WERE IN THE SOMETHING HURRICANES OR SOUTH THAT THEY USED TO USE THAT ANITA.

YEAH, I REMEMBER THAT GROUP.

IT WAS, I CAN'T SOMETHING HURRICANES OR RIDE JOSH, BUT, UM, YEAH, MONITA'S NOT A HIGHLY REQUESTED BASEBALL DIAMOND AREA, BUT IT SHOULD BE BECAUSE THEY'RE BEAUTIFUL FIELDS IF THEY'RE TAKEN CARE OF.

CORRECT.

AWESOME.

ANY MORE QUESTIONS? COMMENTS.

OKAY, GO AHEAD AND MOVE ON TO THE NEXT AGENDA ITEM HERE.

THE STARS SPENDING ON THE HIGHEST PARADE.

SO I WANTED TO LET YOU ALL KNOW, I DID SUBMIT THE APPLICATION FOR, UH, FOR THE PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD, SO THAT IS DONE.

UM, SO PART OF OUR LAST CONVERSATION ABOUT THE PARADE, WE WERE GOING TO TALK THROUGH SOME IDEAS.

UM, I THINK THE LAST IDEA THAT WAS ON A TABLE CAME FROM BLEND, UM, AND IT WAS, IT WAS PART THEMES.

SO I'M THINKING, UH, REFRESH MY MEMORY, UM, PROBABLY DRIVING A TRUCK ON THE TRAILER.

UM, MAYBE A COUPLE OF TREES ON THE BACK THERE, OR MAYBE SOMETHING ELSE ON THE TRAILER.

UM, AND THEN SOME KIDS OR SOMEONE WALKING AROUND WITH SOME SPORTS ACTIVITIES.

UM, AND THEN AFTER THAT EVENT, WE WOULD TAKE THE TREES AND IMPLANT THEM.

IT WAS THAT THE, JUST ONE OF THE PARTS I'M GUESSING THAT'S A, THAT'S A BRIEF SUMMARY, CORRECT? RIGHT.

OKAY.

SO, UM, SO WE'RE LOOKING, WE'RE STILL LOOKING FOR IDEAS FOR NOT CLOSING THE IDEAS RIGHT NOW, BUT IF YOU ALL ARE GOOD WITH THAT, UM, THEN WE CAN START TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW THAT CAN HAPPEN.

UM, YOU KNOW, WHEN YOU HAVE A NEW CAR, BUT YOU DON'T HAVE IT, JERRY, YOU KNOW, SO WE HAD TO FIGURE OUT, YOU KNOW, WHAT THE TRUCK, WHERE TO GET THE TRAILER AND THE TREES AND THEN JOHN, AND NOW I GUESS THE QUESTION WOULD BE IS JULY THE PERFECT TIME OR A GOOD TIME TO PLANT A TREE? NO.

OKAY.

UM, SO YOU CAN HOLD ON UNTIL ALL FALL.

OKAY.

OKAY.

AND YOU USE ROUGE.

OKAY.

AND, UH, AND I THINK I PICTURED MINE.

YOU WALK ALONG THE TRAILERS, UH, YOU CAN'T HAND OUT.

UM, WE CAN, UM, WE CAN NOT ROLL CANDY.

WE CAN PUT IT AT THE STREET LEVEL OR THEIR HAND.

WELL, PROBABLY NOT IN THEIR HANDS, BUT WE CAN TOSS IT, BUT WE CAN'T THROW IT AT BOATS.

I DON'T LIKE THAT PICTURE ALL ARE THERE.

[00:30:02]

OKAY.

UH, NOTHING.

OKAY.

SO I WILL SAY THAT THOSE BE USER GROUPS ARE USUALLY, UM, ALWAYS AT THE EVENT, YOU KNOW, WHEN WAS THAT THE PARADE? SO PERHAPS, UM, IF WE COULD TALK TO A COUPLE OF THEM AS FRIENDS, WE ALL PARTNERED, THEY STILL HAVE THEIR, THEIR, UM, THEY STILL HAD THEIR, YOU KNOW, THEIR, THEIR FLOATS AND ALL OF THAT.

AND WE'RE ALL A PART OF IT, YOU KNOW? CAUSE THEY ALL DO IT.

SO PERHAPS WE CAN TALK TO THEM ABOUT THAT.

UM, BRIAN, YOUR THOUGHTS, THAT'S THE ONLY THING I GOT IS LIKE YOU GUYS GOING TO BE BEHIND HE RIDES SOCCER AGAIN BECAUSE WE'RE, WE GOT THE PAPERWORK ALREADY AND IT'S BEING FILLED OUT TONIGHT.

OKAY.

SO THEY'RE GOING TO BE THERE.

SORRY.

LET'S SEE BLAKE.

SO, UM, I DON'T RECALL IF THE ARTS AND BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE HAVE A FLOAT, BUT I D I AM AWARE THAT THEY ACTUALLY PUT ON THIS EVENT.

UM, SO JOSH, DO YOU RECALL IF THEY HAD A FLOAT LAST YEAR OR A TRUCK? UH, 2019, UH, THEY WALKED IN THE PARADE AND WE HAD KINDA, I DROVE MY TRUCK AND WALKED AND THEY WALKED ALONG AND THEY, WE PASSED OUT INFORMATION ABOUT SUMMER ACTIVITIES, KIND OF, YOU KNOW, PARKS DEPARTMENT AND A AND B TOGETHER, BUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING LASH.

WELL, I THINK THAT BACK, I THINK THEY DID RIDE IN CINDY DAVIDSON'S TRUCK LAST YEAR.

I THINK THEY DID HAVE, UM, SOME PEOPLE LAST YEAR.

THAT WAS A LONG TIME AGO.

I DON'T REMEMBER.

UH, I WAS GONNA SUGGEST, UM, WE, IF THEY WERE ALREADY HAVING A FLOW, WE COULD PARTNER WITH THEM.

AND THEN ANOTHER IDEA INSTEAD OF CANDY TO PASS OUT, UH, SOMETHING LIKE, UH, FLOWER SEEDS, LIKE LITTLE PACKETS OF SEEDS.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE, WHAT THE COST DIFFERENCES BETWEEN CANDY AND FLOWERS ARE NOT WELL OCCAMY IS USUALLY, UM, WE USUALLY COVER THAT OUT OF OUR POCKETS, FLOWERS, SEEDS, WE WOULD HAVE TO FIGURE OUT AND DETERMINE, YOU KNOW, WHICH WOULD BE BEST AND WHERE THEY WOULD ACTUALLY GET DONE.

UM, GLENN, ANY IDEAS.

OKAY, FINE.

SO A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO, SEVERAL YEARS AGO WHERE THEY HAD, UH, SEEDS ON A SICK.

SO MY NIECE AND I THINK IT WAS LOWE'S, LOWE'S ALSO, UM, IS A GOOD CONTACT BECAUSE THEY HAVE COMMUNITY VOLUNTEER HOURS THAT THEY NEED TO FOR THEIR STAFF AND THEY NEED TO GET DISPERSED.

SO THAT MIGHT BE SOMETHING WHERE, YOU KNOW, BETWEEN PARKS AND REC AND ARTS COMMUNICATION, CCAC, YOU KNOW, KIND OF .

OKAY.

SO NO OTHER IDEAS ON THE TABLE.

THIS IS WHERE WE WANT TO GO WITH.

OKAY.

SO THE NEXT QUESTION'S GOING TO BE, I THINK EVERYONE'S USED TODAY WHO WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THE LEAD ON THAT? WE CAN SPLIT IT INTO MULTIPLE SECTIONS.

OKAY.

OKAY.

DOES ANYONE ON THE BOARD? I KNOW GLENN TRADED HIS IN, BUT DOES ANYBODY ON THE BOARD HAVE A LARGE TRUCK THAT THEY WOULD LIKE TO DRIVE IN THE PARADE AND PULL A TRAILER? I DO NOT HAVE A HITCH ON MINE UNTIL MY LITTLE SUV COMA.

I HAVE A FRONTIER.

I MEAN, YOU KNOW, THEY MAY PULL DEPENDING ON HOW, YOU KNOW, IF WE, IF WE GET A LIGHT ENOUGH TRAILER, YOU KNOW, THAT THAT MIGHT WORK COOL.

YEAH.

AND WE'RE NOT GOING VERY FAST, SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO STOP FAST.

YEAH.

YOU'RE GOING TO GO ON UP HILL.

[00:35:05]

I HAVE A SILVERADO AND I'M GOING TO BE THERE, BUT I'M GOING TO BE THERE FOR THE BASKETBALL LEAGUE.

SO I DON'T KNOW IF THAT MIC MIXES ANYTHING.

OH, THAT'S TRUE.

OKAY.

SO WE'LL WORK ON THE VEHICLES, INVENTORY ALERT.

OKAY.

UM, AND YOU ALL HAVE TO SEE TO THE NURSERY.

SO CAN WE TAKE CARE OF THE TREE AS WELL WITH THAT IN HERE? OKAY.

PERFECT.

PERFECT.

AWESOME.

ALL RIGHT.

JULY 3RD.

YES.

AND WE WILL MEET, USUALLY WE MEET DOWN AT, UM, OPERA CHAMBERS RIGHT ACROSS FROM ST.

PETER'S AND I'M POINTING AND I DON'T KNOW WHY, SO, OKAY.

SO, UM, SO WE'LL, THAT'S GOOD.

I WILL TRY AND REACH OUT TO THE USER GROUPS TO SEE IF THEY WOULD LIKE TO PARTNER WITH US ON THIS AS WELL.

AND THESE ALLOW US TO BE IN THE MIDDLE, YOU KNOW, WHILE WE CAN SIT ANYWHERE WE WANT, BUT, UM, JUST PARTNER WITH THEM, JUST LET THEM KNOW, THIS IS WHAT WE WANT TO DO.

ARE YOU ALL GOOD PARTNERING TOGETHER TO HELP PROMOTE THE PARTS OF THIS IN THIS, IN THIS WAY? SO, BECAUSE EACH USER GROUP YOU UTILIZE IS ONE OF THE PARTS.

SO, AND CHRIS, IF THE Y WANTS TO JOIN US, YOU'RE MORE THAN WELCOME.

OKAY.

I MEAN, YOU KNOW, EVERYBODY ELSE, EXCEPT FOR ME, IT'S COOL.

OKAY.

WHEN YOU GET IN, WHEN YOU GET INTO THE POOL ON MAY 22ND, I'LL LET THE SHARKS OUT.

AWESOME.

AND, UM, CHRIS, FOR THAT, SPEAKING OF THE, UM, SOME POINT BACK, LET'S SPEAK OUT OF THE CROW OF THAT DAY, MAY 22ND.

WELL, THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION OR BOARD TO NEED ANYTHING TO GET IN, OR WILL THEY HAVE A LIST THERE? UM, I CAN GET THE LIST FROM TONY.

OKAY.

OKAY.

AND THIS WILL BE EXTENDED TO ALL THE COMMISSIONS AND BOARDS OR JUST, UM, I DON'T KNOW IF WE GOT THAT FAR.

ME AND SARAH IN OUR CONVERSATION.

I'M JUST INVITING YOU GUYS BECAUSE YOU'RE THE PARKING RECORD.

OUTSTANDING.

OKAY.

JUST DOUBLE CHECKING HERE, MAYBE.

AND I'LL, I'LL PROBABLY INVITE THE COUNCIL.

I MEAN, IT WOULDN'T BE ANY FUN WITHOUT A MAYBE.

AWESOME.

UH, SO IF THERE AREN'T ANY MORE QUESTIONS ON THAT, WE'LL GO AHEAD AND MOVE ON TO THE NEXT AGENDA ITEM HERE, ADOPT A PARK, AND I'M GOING TO TURN THAT OVER TO BLAKE.

SO MY FAVORITE HOLIDAY IS COMING UP ON APRIL 22ND, FIRST DAY, UH, TO CELEBRATE THAT WE'RE PLANNING ON HAVING A PARK CLEANUP ON APRIL 24TH, WHICH IS A SATURDAY FROM NINE TO NOON.

AND, UH, THERE'S THREE MAJOR LOCATIONS WE'RE LOOKING AT CLEANING UP.

THE FIRST IS THE HEBREW COMMUNITY CENTER.

SECOND IS CLOUD PARK AND THE THIRD IS COMMUNITY PARK.

UM, AND THEN IT'S MADE A SIGN UP SHEET AND IT'S, UH, LIKE, LIKE, UH, AN ONLINE SIGN UP FORM, UM, AND A FACEBOOK, UH, ACTIVITY OR ACTIVITY.

YEAH.

UM, FACEBOOK EVENT, WE'LL SAY, UH, SO PEOPLE CAN SIGN UP THROUGH THAT.

AND I BELIEVE IT'S BEEN, UH, SHARED THROUGH THE PARKS AND REC FACEBOOK PAGE.

UH, THE PLAN IS TO, FOR EVERYONE TO MEET AT THE COMMUNITY CENTER ON POWELL ROAD AT NINE.

UH, AND THEN WE'LL DISPERSE FROM THERE.

AND AS I UNDERSTAND, THE BOARD IS GOING TO PROVIDE, UH, MATERIALS FOR THAT.

YES.

SO, UH, WE WENT AHEAD AND REGISTERED WITH THE CAMRY COUNTY AND WE ARE GETTING A TRAILER.

THE TRAILER WILL BE PARKED AND WE'LL STAY AT, UM, THE COMMUNITY CENTER, AWFUL PAL AND WHAT, UH, THE MATERIALS WOULD BE PROVIDED.

OKAY.

SO THAT TRAILER WILL HAVE LAWNMOWER, UM, LEAD FLOOR RAKES, PROBABLY SPARE SHOVELS, GLOVES, TRASH BAGS, UM, GRABBERS THE WORK SPAMMY, AND IT'S THE SMALL TRAILER AND NOT THE HUGE LINE.

SO I'LL SEND YOU TO HIM.

YOU HAVE YOU'RE AWARE.

UH, SO IF ANYONE WANTS TO SHARE THE INFORMATION OR OUR GOAL IS ABOUT A
